You can buy San Pedro cactus in all states, make cactus juice and trip ballsacks. I recommend it only for spiritual and self-recognition purposes. By using it just for the sake of getting high you are abusing Mother Nature and will only end up hurting yourself. :joint::mrgreen:

lol, that is funny.

Cute little cacti though faded, hope they.... don't prick you :)

P.S.- A little off-topic, but can you buy San Pedro w/o being 50% Native American? I know it's so with peyote, had to have a friend purchase me some years back.... Would love to grow San Pedro, but coulda swore it was also illegal unless you were able to prove your Native American heritage.

LOL.
Anyways ive always liked the look of cactus to.
Do you know if there is any truth that cactus are good companions to weed due to the fact that the insects are more attracted to the cacti than to the weed?
I also heard this about garlic,i have no idea if its false or not though:blsmoke:

Well it would seem that the garlic theory is true and i know that some cactus have antibacterial properties so i reckon they might be good.

Would seem that the theory of pests preferring garlic or cactus is not true but that when they attack garlic or cactus those plants release a natural pesticide so bugs are killed and therefore help to protect your weed.:blsmoke:

Yeah im going to put a couple of garlic plants in with my stuff next time,i will grab a couple of cacti as well just to see what happens.
Apparently they help to mask the weed odour as well:blsmoke:

Buddy of mine does have a really sweet looking cactus, couldn't say what type it is but he does something where he cuts off the top buttons and it forms new groth, I guess it'd be topping it. All in all it's a 6-7 year old cactus that's about 8 inches tall and it's a straight mountain lookin' guy.

Will have to pester him fer some pics.

Cactus is awesome!

Sorry for thread jack, I have been thinking of growing 50 peyote's for 2 years, graft them to a Pedro or other cactus then that can be a retirement policy, after 10 years, when all the plants are active, you can quit your job and go live on a farm! Harvest one every 2 months!

And the later you harvest the more the others will grow!

Any thoughts?
