I Just finished off a grow of Cherry OG from Emerald Triangle plus one now cherry og in flower currently at 2.5 weeks... Tasted like a sour cherry mixed with Kush and a hint of chemdawg... Very good for daytime and night time smoke. Awesome for social events like having a session with friends or just toking before bedtime.

My report on growing it...

Is a very easy strain to work with. Definitely resilient and handled stress training very well... I'd say it had a moderate growth rate, i vegged for 2 months on a 1/4 strength dose for two weeks, then 1/2 strength for 3 weeks then full strength for the final 3 weeks of veg... Followed the same pattern during flower... Flowering cycle lasted 10 weeks. This strain loves it's N so be sure to give it plenty. Easy strain to dial in your nutrients with. I used GO's full lineup on this.

Once i harvested the buds we're very sticky and pungent... Almost smelt like sour diesel and Kush during flower.

End result...

Good yielding plant if grown 10 full weeks, great bag appeal, awesome sour cherry mixed with that well known Kush smell and taste...

I dried for 7 days in the dark, jarred them up, kept jars in a dry cool and dark place and Every 6 hours I'd open the jars for about an hour then close them back up... Did this for two weeks... Flavor and aroma when finished curing is amazing! I'll def run this strain again After i finish my next few grows of Sour Blueberry, Raspberry Cough, Fruity Chronic Juice, WW, Black Bubbagum... I Just really need some blueberry in my life next!

This was the finished product of Emerald Triangle's Cherry OG

I have grown out two og 18. First was a pretty decent buzz but it smelled like moldy laundry, nothing like OG.
2nd plant was a good buzz and smelled more like a sour diesel. It actually smelled just like Red Dragon from Barney's Farm.
2nd plant was good in several aspects, but once again not the lemon pinesol goodness that I love.
Years ago DNA Cataract Kush had some really nice OG leaning phenos. It wasn't hard to find a lemon pinesol expression.]
Buddha Tahoe and Tahoe OG from Cali Connection have some great OG phenos, but they also have the tendency to express undesireable traits.

You can't go wrong with Kosher Kush from Reserva Privada. Only thing is you will have to pop, i would say, at least 4 to get the right pheno. A decent pheno will definitely do the trick for you.

The kush to end all Kush is Critical Kush from Royal Queen Seeds IMO. Im on week 8 of flower of this bad ass strain and the colas are bigger than coke cans, no word of lie. The smell is out of this world, STICKY AS ALL BLOODY HELL!!!!
have you smoked any yet? i've grown a few RQS strains and they looked pretty good while growing, but the smoke was meh. i'd be interested in hearing what you think of it after you smoke it.

I am glad I am not the only one who thinks 18 sucks. I generally see people talking about how good it is.
nope it sucks. yield is terrrible. phenos pathetic. need to grow out 100 to find something nice.
s1 , my ass. love the DNA lemon skunk though. its their price$ that get me.

my last 6 holy grail were all lame. one decent pheno. all pole plants too. which i found super odd.

find something you like and grab a few packs.
its worth it imo.

norstar , archive, greenbeanz, hso, emerald triangle, etc... so many from which to pick.

I would recommend Chemwreck Kush by Connoisseur Genetics

The Chemwreck Kush cannabis of Connoisseur Genetics is a combination of these three pot strains- the OG Kush, ChemDog D and Trainwreck. Growing Chemwreck Kush requires the use of the basic methods in pot cultivation. Novice gardeners and experience ones can make Chemwreck Kush growing successful because this is one of the easiest to grow cannabis types. The potency and the unique flavor it has will surely impress anyone who can try smoking and growing it.
The combination of the 3 excellent strains resulted to the production of Chemwreck Kush which is known for its great resin production and high potency. Outdoor and indoor environment are favorable for growing Chemwreck Kush. In 10-11 weeks, the weed plants will have their flowering time. A good yield can be expected if this strain is given with the right amount of fertilizers, water and grown using the correct type and spectrum of lights.
