looking for good clones

I am in the u-district area in seattle and loking for a good place for clones. I am new to the medical world and the various distributors but I see some sell clones - just don't know if they are trustworthy. I am looking to suppliment my old seed stock with something new. So any advice on which stores sell good clones and what strains are desirable would be nice. A good indica would be preferable.

thanks!

Have you thought of taking your own clones instead of buying them? That way you can choose your strain (you can order seeds for pretty much any strain), choose the best phenome from the seeds, then get as many clones as you want from it. There's some really great cloning instructions on this site that keep it simple and work well.

Just askin if there's a reason you would want to spend money on clones.

Mostly, becuase it is easy to buy clones but also becuase I would like to try some new strains that are out there. Trainwreck, cheese, deisel are some that weren't really around when I used to buy seeds. I mostly use seeds from previous grows. I have a ton of heavy duty fruity and it is very good stuff, but I would like some variety.

i have tried cloning before and had little success. I could probably do it now, but I don't have the room and am not setup. maybe someday.

Check out the green door in the international district. I haven't purchased any but they do seem healthy, and have a good selection.

if you live in the u-district you are in the middle of many many options. Look up THCfinder.com

The Healing Center (THCo) - Ballard @ 85th and Dayton. Also check out Herbal Healing in Ballard @ 15th and 77th. I've seen decent clones at both; I'm currently starting 2 Pineapple Xpress, a Purple Diesel, and a Headband Kush. I grow Hydro and had to transplant soil to hydro (no sweat), but you may want to call ahead to these places to ask what's in stock and for what medium. Good luck!

The Healing Center (call ahead if you're going into hydro - they go from bubble cloner into soil as norm)

The kind alternative in Preston by Isaqua has a good variety of clones. Thats wher I got mine....no bugs....great plants, $15a piece so kind of spendy. I get one of each variety, make my own clones.....keep the ones I like. I tend to over clone excessively, so I give alot of them away. My dealer friends are wondering where their customers went....lol. Try weedmaps.com to find a dispensary in your area that has clones. Good luck!

I have seen this many times...The clones didnt come from a mother plant that was a continuation of a 8-10 yr old original strain.... but a crossback or mixed cross breed seed.

I have bought clones from alot of stores like sour diesel....I have the real deal ESCD clone at home had it for years....the SD from the store is no where near the funkyness or taste or high

Sure they use a sd mom and they might find a keeper... but the clones where taken from a sour diesel mom that came from a seed .... its not the original....thats the sucky part

Check out weedmaps.com
just put in your zip code and it will tell you all the dispensaries in your area. Some tell you what they have even.
