Thanks for the reply's.
I am really looking into the micro-pore diffusers.
Is that small one the 5" model?

I found some appx 12 inch long blue stones at petco. They are kind of squari-sh in cross section, but top part narrower than bottom part. (i don't remember what that shape is called) Kind of cheaply made (one of the pipes was broken off the stone when I got a few, no biggie just went back and exchanged it) but very inexpensive and great fizzing action, not too bubbly. No issues with them at all. I use 4 of them 6 gallons of water (dual outlet pump and T joints) and have GREAT fizz.

Hello

I am having some minor issues with airstones bubbling too hard.
My pump is a Dual Diaphragm Air Pump by General Hydroponics

I am looking for a durable stone/diffuser that can be a single one in DWC 5G bucket.
Small bubbles being ideal.
I was looking at this XL diffuser as a single bubbler for my bucket.
