So this is my third grow first doing a scrog growing berry bomb looking for some advise is it better to just keep pulling the growth under the screen or to weave it through the screen also how do you go about training where do I want the tips to end up when the stretch is over I guessed in the centre but it's looking like that mite be hard also do you try to have a branch running a cross every hole so side branches off of that grow up through the screen here's a few pics of my grow there not the best I had just lifted the screen before these pics needed more room underneath

any help would be much appreciated thanks

Let it go through the screen. Everytime a shoot is long enough, pull it back down and move it over a hole or two and stick it back up. Do this enough and you will fill the whole area. All the nodes on the laterals will grow up and become nice nugs.

Yes that's what I thought should I let all of the shoots grow through or keep changing it so I only let the smaller shoots grow through so they get all the auxins

look guys, dont forget the ultimate point of scrog. the only reason to use a screen is to spread the nodes out to fill a perfect square quadrant so each bud site gets maximum light. when it comes to indoor yield its all about light intensity and bending your plants so every bud sight is at the same level. you can use the screen for support but I hate that and its just lazy, i use pinching and high wind to strengthen my stems, I dont rely on screens, because your buds will grow into them and flop over and break still. so use your screens to spread your nodes out so they dont shade each other out, and use your fingers and wind for rock like stems and buds.
