Looking for a nice, high yielding sativa.

Indoor grow. Sativas can get really tall, and I have a 7 foot tent. With light/hood it's down to 6 feet. With the pots, it's down to about 4.5 feet of space they can actually stretch. In other words, it has the be LST capable. I want a creative/head buzz/euphoric high. I am open to growing a hybrid, I just want it to be dominant sativa. I hate smoking and getting couch lock.

Yield is also important, I have a 1000w setup and plan on growing in a 60% FFOF and 40% Perlite medium. I want it to be able to handle temp fluctuations, temps get up to 85F in my tent sometimes. I want a high yield because I want to grow at most 3 times this year. If a grow of 5 (or less) plants could yield 2 LBS, that would be awesome and last me a while (not an extremely heavy smoker).

I know there are a million threads on this, but each situation is different. Hopefully you guys can help me out a little bit, without any negative comments.

C99 from female seeds. not too heavy and is good for a moderate smoker with a decent yield. scrog it if you're concerned about height!

C99 is very good. Mine is from Mosca Seeds. For sativa type plants, my big yielders are Blue Dream and XJ-13.

Been looking at Mosca, mostly for the Old time Moonshine. How were the plants in general from your experience?

I bought a 10 pk of hso blue dream seeds and I popped 3 so far. One was a heavier sativa and 2 were more Indica. Both had a huge yield. I had 5 under 2000 watts and got a little over 2.5 lbs. I wish it had more of a punch and more dense buds. Second round is starting now.

Anyone know anything about Delicious Seeds Cotton Candy? All the reviews seem to be good. Thinking about this strain

I FINALLY got rid of all my sativas, and couldn't be happier. the nice even canopy of extra short indicas is what my indoor tent was begging for.

I recently smoke some shit my friend had that melted my face... he said it was Cotton Candy but I dont know if it was true... sounds like its worth a shot.

you can also check out rare dankness og ghost train haze 1. I dont have any experience with it but thats what I ordered and going to run next.

super lemon haze is pretty dank and has some good yielding phenos.

I would like to try the GTH but I think they;re a little overpriced. Once i see more grow journals and reports I wont be as hesitant

I've only run one SLH phenotype, but it was selected by a guy who went through some packs. I wouldn't describe it as high yielding in plant weight, but it probably is a high yielding plant to produce concentrates.

For me, Blue Dream is now strictly an outdoor plant. I've done lots of runs of BD indoors and it didn't even come close to the potency, density or yield of the outdoor outcome.

If you have the time for a 16 week flowering strain i'd suggest looking at Black Forrest by Kingdom Organic Seeds.

Super Silver Haze get a pack from Mr Nice and you'll find the pheno you're lookin for.

They used to come with over 20 seeds per pack, not sure if the still do that...

Last ones i got from mr nice all had 18 seeds

Hey NF there's a lot of strains but out of the sativas I've grown you can't go wrong with Maui Waui. Great taste and great smoke I often find myself enaging in small DIY projects working on my room saving money wherever I can not because I'm on a tight budget but because I get creative with all sorts of new ideas for projects.

For fast flowering sativas I've got to go with green crack great for scrog and a great yielder. C99 is great too.

For my next grow I really want to try sugar plum from stoney girls. I've had crosses of this strain and they were a pretty nice smoke but they claim flowering in 35 DAYS... that's fast for a indica let alone sativa... if its too good too be true I usually find it so but I just have to try it to see for myself

I second C99 or Moto Rebels Apollo 13 F4… I have some of the A13's but have not grown them… I have grown the Apollo 11 from Bros Grimm (have a keeper) and I'm sure it's similar… nugs are dense, plant stays squat and finishes 60 days.

Have a GTH cut that a friend had tested at 24.5% THC… I just got my cut but its a 90 day lanky stretcher… not recommended for this dudes grow.

NF -- All I could think of when reading "I want a creative/head buzz/euphoric high" was Moby Dick. Here's a grow report from my room... a bit of a bigger set-up than yours, but I think it will work nicely for you: Moby Dick - Greenhouse Seed Co.

I do think 2lbs from the 1000W might be a bit ambitious... asking a guy about his yield is like asking him about how many women he's slept with... get the # and divide it by 3
