Really interested in buying some Sensi Jack herer seeds soon but cannot seem to find a decent journal and/or smoke report of it. I have nebula, red diesel and white domina going now with some super lemon haze on the way w lots of freebies(promo). My next purchase is either Jack herer (sensi seeds), Kali mist(serious seeds) or OG kush#18(reserva privada). Anyone whose smoked the real jack or any of the above strains please give me some details.

i would go with either the jack herer or the kali mist as it sounds like you like some sativa dom strains.. the jack is supposed to be one of the top sativa dom crosses out there, and if your gonna grow jack, you gotta grow sensi's imho..
a buddy of mine if growing some jack herer beans i gave him, and they are looking great thus far... and i've only heard great things about kali mist as well.. really really nice smoke.. up high, and very creative...

you should also check out a website called the smokers guide to amsterdam.. they have a shit ton of smoke reports on all kinds of strains, and if you happen to be in amsterdam, they even tell you what coffee shops have the best of that strain.. even if your not in the dam, i find it to be a great site to get strain info and quick smoke reports..

Only JH worth buying sensi.
Greenhouses JH sucks and NOTHING like Sensi seeds.
JH require you to grow it BIGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG to give you what your after.
Sativa Dom but you can get a nice indica Pheno that stays shortish and good for cash cropping...... but so's the other pheno's if you get up to speed with exactly how JH likes it.
It doesn't like being flowered small at all and you'll waste your time and electric.
JH is touchy easily grown badly if not experienced.
Jack flash is a bit more forgiving.
IMO and many others NOTHING compares to JH.
The description on SS site is BANG ON.

Search through google for journals there are quite afew useful ones elsewhere on net but not really any good ones on here.
Try through ICM

SLH grown it out a few times have 6 on go now.
To be honest.. nice smoke but don't believe the hype... it is a beautiful plant..... cup winner it maybe....... deservedly so? NO CHANCE.

Grew Jack Herer From delicious seeds 2 phenos, both high yielders 6 oz each, nice taste and aroma but the high is somehow bland, not comparable to other strains like SLH or Sensi Star

I'm currently growing a crop a of 6 Sensi Seeds Jack Herer clones, which I took from a mother that I grew out from seed.
I'm growing them because after having real Jack Herer only once, I fell in love with this strain.
The knock-offs (which I've sampled many times in pursuit of the real thing) are just that, cheap imitations that don't even compare to the original.
All 6 plants are over 5 feet tall now as I have misjudged how much this strain stretches during flowering.
They're 4 weeks into flower and they've doubled in height so far, I hope they slow down soon as they're running out of head room.
Everyday when I open my flower room door, I get hit in the face with this intense Buffalo Wings scent from my girls, it's fantastic.

Here's a smoke report of my one experience with the true Jack Herer strain:
Beautiful buds, tight with long fox-tailed looking calyxes (definitely not your average looking cannabis).
The smell is peppery, with a hint of citrus in the background.
The taste is just like it smells, with a spicy/peppery kick that gives way to that hint of citrus after exhale.
The effects, instant, a soon as I inhaled I felt incredibly better (I have a surgically fused neck).
My body completely relaxed and my head was full of energy as it floated away, like an untethered balloon.
No cannabis that I have ever smoked has felt this amazing, and I've been toking for 20 yrs. (including a visit to Amsterdam).
Sensi Seeds Jack Herer is worth every penny you pay for it.

awesome info, sounds like sensi's jack will be well worth the money for the seeds. I just need to distribute space evenly now. I have a nebula and 3 red diesels in flowering and y6 clones in veg. Super lemon haze is on its way along with all of the recent freebies and some tangerine dream.

Sensi has a shit reputation these days. I'd check out Sannie's Jack, its the best deal around for JH, like 60 bucks for a 10 pack. I think they are JH F5's.

it's funny to see Jack Herer being so hot again. whenever i wanted some back in the day, there were no seeds available (F2s but i don't buy them).

i'm hunting for a new genetic or 2 and this sounds like a winner.

I grew it out, but didnt get the good sativa pheno that puts it on the map. I got the indica pheno, which is very good, beautiful dense buds with so much resin that its horrible to trim. Went 8 weeks. I also picked another very sativa phenotype, but for whatever reason it flowered very fast and finished literall in under 50 days. It was alright, pain in the ass to trim also becaues of the internode gaps, its just a bunch of little buds. I am tempted to buy more seeds to get the haze pheno, but im workig with super lemon haze rght now which is also awesome. So, remember there are 4 known phenotypes, reserach them and try to get the one you want. Good luck.

But, i must say i love the indica pheno, because it grows like an indica, looks like an indica, very dense beautiful nugs, but has a good sativa presence also, so the high is a nice 50/50 split, and it smells and tastes very fruity and delicious. If your gona get jack though, get sensi seeds, the rest are knock offs.

Just got done harvesting and curing some F2 Sensi Jack Herer from beans a buddy created. I only flowered one plant out as a test to see what I was in for and basically got a haze plant. went 14 weeks but has put out some of the best chronic I have ever had in my life. Taste and smells like that nyc washington heights hood piff from back in the day.

2.5 year old thread. . . .

I'm smoked Jack Herer in Amsterdam years ago, and it gave me all the sativa negative side effects, like racing heart, paranoia, etc. I did have a lot quickly, which was a mistake! Presumably this was the Sensi version. But yeah. . .its super potent and if you like haze hybrids, its a good one. Not the easiest plant to grow, it stretches a lot, can be a bit finicky in terms of nutes/conditions, and takes a relatively long time to finish.

Some have said that Sensi has long ago lost its original mother plants, and its current rendition of Jack Herer isn't as good as it used to be. Since allegedly Sensi now contracts out its ceed production, it wouldn't at all surprise me if the White Label version of this consists of the exact same beans at half the cost.

Sannie has an excellent inbred version derived from old Sensi beans, and his version (Sannies Jack) only costs a fraction of what Sensi is asking. IMO, this is a really good place to start.

If I remember right, the Black Skull version is also a (differently selected) inbred version of Sensi's, good, and relatively inexpensive. That one is probably worth a look too.

There are a couple of other version out there (Greenhouse, BC Bud Depot, Bulldog, Vision), though not sure I'd be interested in any of these.

Also, for what its worth, "Super Silver Haze" is somewhat similar to 'Jack Herer'; its basically a different selection from the same mother plants, so if you've got the coin, you might check out the Mr. Nice version of that.

People say a lot of things don't make it true they may have lost a few but their best parents I kinda doubt. But I'm sure their g13 crosses are f2's now.

Same here, we did sensi jack when it was still fairly new in 03-04. Beans were $350 for ten regs. My buddy bought them and out of all that they got one female that I got a clone of. It was peppery and much like Bad Karma mentioned.

I also ran the critical jack herer that poster above talked about, but my CJH blew the sensi version away. Both were top notch sativa highs but the CJH was a bowlful of fruity greatness. For the price I would try sannies jack or something to that angle unless you fill like coining up for sensi's JH.

PS. The jack herer from sensi I had in 03-04 grew like any other skunk hydrid I've ever grow. Easy and done in 9 weeks. Nothing hard about growing it and it clones like wide fire.

Many years ago I had ordered 10 beans of Sensi JH and Dutch Passion WW. Both were $300ea for 10 beans. For some reason the beans for the JH took 9 months before they were even shipped, but the company I bought them from kept me updated to ensure me I would get the beans and it would be worth the wait. The ww was by far a much bigger yielder, but the JH was one of the best tasting strains I have ever had. Very very lemony. Ranks right up there with some of the best Blueberry I have had as far as taste.

Both of those strains are the 2 on the top of my list of must haves, but every dispensary I went to in SoCal lists them like they have clones to sell, but no one ever does. Drove 400 miles in one day looking for just those 2 stains and I never could find them.

Sense this page came up on a best JH search and RI is my main go to board Im going to put this 2016 observation on this 2013 here: Sensi seeds is not what it used to be. As in the original founder has passed and they are spread thin. I used to never have less than 100 germination rate and on a batch of NL germ rate was 60%.

I grew out 2 females last year and my best friend grew out 2 females. All came from Sensi seeds, and all 4 were different phenos.
All 4 were good just not good enough to make me want to go out and buy more.
