Looking for a driver to power one cxb3590

Small time grower here looking to be more efficient. Since i run one plant at a time I don't need to power six cobs at one time during the seedling stage. I am trying to find a driver to power one 36v cxb3590 and having a problem finding one. Any suggestions?

Its says its dimmable but does that lower the voltage? I read somewhere that cxb3590 cobs need 36v or 72v just to turn on. This like many other dimmable drivers state a broad range such as 25-36 volts. Would I lose this dimmable feature if i dimmed the cob?
I have also used cheap drivers that deliver 36v and anywhere from 700ma to 1400ma. just not very efficient in power consumption.

They don't work like that. Its not like nothing happens until 36V and suddenly they switch on. What happens is as the voltage increases they GRADUALLY start to conduct and will glow very dimly at first. A 32V COB for example will actually begin to light up at around 25V. A 72V CXB-3590 will probably start to light up around 58-62 volts.

Iv just ordered some elg-75-36 for some fusion boards, could be used on a 36v cob upto 75w and has the 3-1 dimming aswell
