Looking for a bag of oranges.

I figure out of thirty beans I should find one that has good taste and yield. Hopefully that tangielope gives you a nice flavor.

Hey man, I saw that back being made on icmag in the ace seeds forums, looking real nice man.

Homegrown fantaseeds california orange, I'm growing it out now, I grew a pack in the past and it's definitely similar to the classic orange skunk, takes about 9 weeks to flower. I'm currently at week seven still mostly clear, some trich's are cloudy though. HGF has been reliable for me these last 6 years.

This Tangie is tangerine X 10 in the flavor dept but nugs are small but plentiful. This is always the first to disappear vs my clone only og's with the homies

Get orange blossom trail from swampboys . Might find a good pheno in some of the crosses

funny u say that as i may get the white x OBT. told my gf i wanted seeds called 1st 48 and she laughed instead of getting mad.i love that show...

First of all, let me say great minds think alike. Your avatar is a picture of my guitar! Well if it's an American standard. I love my strat!

I almost went in the same direction. Dutch Passion's orange bud and orange hill. I haven't heard much about orange hill, I think it's one of their newer strains, but I've heard that orange bud has the taste if you can find a good pheno. In the early 2000s I would not second guess D.passion's work, but my last few batches of feminized blueberry told me they had lost that magic touch.

Hopefully you get some fire and not results similar to mine with my 2nd and 3rd attempts to find a blueberry like the 1st pack I bought 10 years before or their fraisin dew, both were disappointing.

I was given a few grams at the Cup....Stuff was NICE! Set the mood for the whole day.
I don't think vacuum sealing would stop that stuff from stinking. Mind you it only stinks when in public, otherwise very strong, like the time your buddy bent a orange peel in your eye.

don't know if it will translate to taste, but it smells like orange blossoms and when ground up it smells like orange pulp.

I'm thinking the quest for orange is over for awhile. Here's my experiences going back about 14 months until today:

Blood Orange: 3 fems all gave above avg yield and potency, but no trace of orange.
Tangerine Power: 1 fem had a hint of orange in smell and taste, but + potency.
TangieLope: 1 fem, smelled and tasted orange, but something else in the mix made it kind of nasty. BIg yield, mild sativa high - got rid of it right away.
Kosher Tangie: 1 fem. Overall, the best plant of all of these, and one of my favorite smokes. The orange is mild, but detectable, but the smoke and buzz are superb.
Agent Orange [pic below]: Just popped the lid off a jar after 12 days, and it's almost like opening a jar of Tang. Big orange taste and smell, vg yield. The buzz is an excellent day tripper.

Has anyone grown Dutch Passions Orange Hill Special? It's Cali-O x Orange Bud.

Haven't trie orange hill special but I did almost grab some.

I had the same results with Blood Orange, no orange at all. Potency was not so great either. In the past, I've had really good results with Orange Diesel from Insane Seed Posse, some serious orange flavor in some phenos, others more fruity, diesel, fuely. Serious potency to, with a uplifting high, shit makes me laugh after the first bowl. It's made up of Agent Orange x LSD. Been waiting for HempDepot to get a restock.

I've seen only two people report 'orange' w/ Blood Orange out of many reports. At least one of those people likely made the claim because of personal animosity. I'd still be willing to take a chance on Satsuma, even though I can't recall any success stories, as I favor Bodhi's snow lotus crosses to his appy pappy.

The only reason I didn't pick up a pack of satsuma was I couldn't find any reliable growers who had grown it. Although I did find zero reports, out of many as well, of blood orange having orange flavor. So apparently the testing on those wasn't very extensive. I may still try out his satsuma at some point but I think I would rather go with tga's agent orange or a tangie product of some sort before the suma.
