Does cs go bad? I wanted to give it a go.

Let me ask you a question since I see you have prolly done this before.

If I use the female pollen on the same plant that produced it that would be "s1"

But what if I use the female pollen on another plant of the same strain? And what about a different strain? are those "f1"?

What are your plans for use?

I do not think it goes bad maybe someone with more hands on experience will chime in i think aslong as its stored in a dark cool place it would last for ever i see no exp date on it

As for your question yes S1 and for your second question if you selfed one of them S1's to male and bred it back i belief it would be BX1 back crossed from sibbling of same strain if i am not mistaken or if you used the orginal pollen that you selfed and breed it with sibbling of same strain it would be S2

As for plans not sure have a older BB strain older then Dj's and low on seeds might like 10 left so might germinate 5 F1's and hope a male is in the mix if not then will make fem seeds seeds not fond of feminized seeds but its good to make seeds of a strain that you may be low on seeds

I have heard you find better expressions in regs also. I want to hunt down a strain for my mother who has lung cancer.

Feminizing seems to limit possibilities.

I have some pre98 bubba s1 that I'm about to give a whirl. I'll prolly decide on my route after the outcome.

Damned that blueberry looks fire. I love colors. Color doesn't sell around here. Everyone wants loud ass strains.

How many of Dj's seeds did you hunt thru?

I've grown Fems and regs and see very little difference. I buy ssh fem seeds that are very consistent from seed to seed. I am using a cs solution on a pheno I saved of a 3d. It will fem itself and pollinate 3 others, all fems. A strawberry haze, ww and a slh.

Nice plans are not to start making Fems out of every thing was just surprised i found a full bottle un opened lol so i guess good to have in case of a emergency

That's a bold statement, DJ BB is allegedly from the late 70's

YES and this strain is mid 70's thanks to philthy and stank bro's i beleive if i am correct about 4 - 5 years earlier then DJ coming out with his BB

If CS is anything like tiresias mist then shelf life will be 3-4 months.
SST comes in two part liquid that has a shelf life of a year or so if I remember right.
I purchased two part SST in powder form, shelf life is 3 years.

I see a couple pollen sacks, seems all blueberry is like that eh

thing is there is no exp date on this so aslong as its stored in a dark cool place i would think it would last forever shake and go lol don't quote me on that ?? just guessing

Dunno but if tiresias mist is CS I'd think shelf life would be the same.

maybe the shelf lifes there just to get you to buy more.try it out on one see how it goes
