This should tell you most of what you need to know about ventilation

Those plants should ideally have their own pots. If they are together like that the root masses will intertwine and compete for nutrients, there will be winners and losers. If you want to grow them all, give them separate pots to grow in.
Daylight bulbs are 6500k, which has more of the blue light that plants like for vegetative growth. When you switch to flower you want 2700k, warm white which is more of the red part of the spectrum, which the plants use for making buds. A mixture can be beneficial, say 2-3 of one for every one of the other, if you get my meaning.
If you have 6 plants you will want more bulbs when they get bigger and start flowering, 1 per plant as a bare minimum, 3-4 would be better.
When will you be switching your light cycle? Bear in mind that the plants will double to triple in size from the time you induce flowering to the time they are ready to harvest, so don't leave it too late or they'll outgrow your box.
From the photos it looks like your lights are too far away from the plants, cfls should be as close as possible, hold the back of your hand to the light, just far enough away that it is warm, but not uncomfortable. This is the point at which your plants should be, and try to get each plant the same distance from the lights by putting books etc underneath the smaller ones to raise them up.
Also the plant on the right in the first picture looks like it's got a slight nitrogen deficiency, are you feeding them yet or just giving water?
