Long Time Lurker... Could I put my non weed grow here?

So i'm usually on grasscity, I lost my password a while back and just stuck to that site but come on here often'ish when nothings going on over there... I have had 2 marijuana grows but can no longer grow weed as it's not my property. I've set up a hydroponic grow, so far I have a 3-4 week old cucumber plant and have just added a strawberry and chillie plant. The mods on GC said it was okay to post my grow in the grow journal area but nobody has commented even though it has 600+ views and I update it regularily with pics.

You can find my thread on there, grow journals > hydro > hydroponic cucumbers, to get an idea of what i'd post

But i'd prefer to set up a new thread here and see what kind of response I get. Assuming i'd be allowed to post it here.

Welcome!

I've been a long time lurker myself, this site is full of good topics and information even if it doesn't relate to cannabis the community is very nice, understanding and helpful. (Some bad of course, but that's a given on the internet)

Nothing wrong with growing veggies, it doesn't have to be just mj, growing is growing no matter what it is, toyed with the idea myself, growing veggies hydroponically.

Will check your grow j. I have one too but rarely get comments. At least you get looky seers. If your grow is organic post it in the Organic gardening section for responses. Personally, I have had great problems with controlling insects on my indoor grows. Only do it in the winter months here. I have been using a non-phosphate liquid dish soap with aloe-vera after sun skin lotion or sometimes mineral oil. 2 Tbs of soap/qt and 2 Tbs lotion/gal and apply with sprayer with good results outside. I don't get to the store much. Tried some spinosad with limited luck and thought it was way over priced.
