Live chat - Connection refused. Why?

My connection to live chat was refused. Just wondering, does that mean ive been here in the past and gotten myself banned but I was so baked or drunk (that was THEN) that I forgot what I did? Thanks on any info in advance .

Oh ok. Where should I look to find news like that? I looked a bit before I posted this to try and avoid a pointless post, but alas, I have failed thine RIU elders.

its been down for about...a year? maybe a little less we just havent fixed it yet sorry mate.

Oh ok, lol! No worries, I just got here. I don't know what's going on yet
