if you want to look at it factually, look at it this way: if you divide the state into thirds, sacramento is in the central third of cali. FACT.
but there is no law dictating how people must divide the state. people can divide the state into halves, thus making sacramento part of norcal.
i''m willing to concede, despite my own personal belief, that sacramento can be considered norcal. are you so unwilling to concede that sacramento can be considered central cali?
