lime green plant

hi guys i transplanted a week ago from 1 liter pots to 4 gallon pots and since my girls look ill.
they in a coco biobizz mix .
temp between 75 and 85 with diy co2.
if you can see one is going lime green and has what looks like nute burn.
the other 2 have just started popping out lighter shoots and have some white spotting.
on 1 leaves feel kinda crispy and stems look yelloish.
i leached them the other day with 6.0 ph water .
could it be over watering problem or calcium one .
also leaves seem to have water on them

its the one at the front im most worried about .the bigger 1. leached them going to try spray feeding them. just try get grow medium 100% stable then try feeding roots .dont want to root feed in case i just add more toxins .way i see it its easier to recover from being spay fed then soil . also dont want to do a run off test as soil still quite wet and dont want to drown roots.any other ideas what ive done .thanks cottee by the way.

I grow in coco mate so and have very little experiance with soil but I know it's easy to overwater so don't soak them like u said

It looks like you've got ridges between the veins on the leaves and the edges of some leaves are curled up. Suggests heat
stress with a toxic salt build up. Salt build up stops the plant from dissipating moisture and the up take of useful nutrients etc. if you've thoroughly flushed your medium and checked the Ph then you should give them half strength complete fertiliser. Foliar feeding seems the wrong way to go if you already have water sitting on leaves which further supports the salt and stress theory. If the water sits on the leaves then they won't get water or nutes.

cool that sounds exactly what im facing i will let you know how i get on thanks so much ishrahai
No worries man. I always grow in soil and have had your problem before. Soil beats hydro for taste in my opinion and it acts as a buffer between the plants and nute uptake so if you develop a problem you have time to fix it. Although hydro on paper gives them what they need to the fullest in the quickest way, if you over cook your solution the overdose of nutes could fry a whole crop irreversibly, very quickly. The flip side to that is that it's easier to get salt build up and toxify soil but this is a relatively easy problem to fix and you will usually catch it in time unless you spend a lot if time away from your grow.

yeah i done both before think doing hydro taught me a lot about deficiencies and as you said you have to be quick or bye bye. i had a feeling it was toxins and really should have tested my run off before coming on here .can stress you out trying to identify sometimes as quite a few deficiencies look the same. anyway done a test can you believe my ppm was 1800 -1900 when they used to 600-800 .back at 8 will go easy this week see how they do.
