Lights off for resin production?

Female Seeds White Widow X Big Bud 6th week in flower.

Ive read about growers shutting the lights off for multiple days before the chop to increase resin production.

Whatcha think?

I'll tell you this.... I've grown that strain and you have a SOLID 4 weeks to go.... right now all I'd be worried about is keeping your eyes peeled for bananas!!!! that strain is notorious for herming in late flower.... having said that I wish you the best of luck.... it's decent smoke if you can survive the flowering period!!!
