lighting problems?

which lights do u guys reccomend i am looking for the least amount of heat but most light.....i have the 2 types i can choose from...and which wattage for that light would be best??

CFL spirals.... I vegged two plants using 2 X 26W on a Y splitter.. the lights on the left are incandescent and no good.(hard to see label). if you can get 46W+ CFL's.. bottom the more Watt = more pot.... if you have some money T5s are better and less heat..... plus you can get red spectrum bulbs if you can't go HID......

but i can only use bulbs that can be screwed into standard light clamp work light fixtures.....i can get all fancy balasts and stuff but so any lights that work in a standard clamp light fixture any reccomendations?

T5s are all self contained there is an ad on this site for them...
Also these are CFL standard socket.. Those may be too much for you depending on your heat restriction but they come from 13W..up.. I'd look for 46W if heat is an issue and you don't want T5's... Luck.

Also for CFL.... Cool = blue spectrum...veg Warm = red spect..... flower.... in case you didn't know...
