If you are talking about how it twists and trys to kink then I wound recomend a 6in swivel coupler (i dont know the real name but that sound cool ha) its basicly 2 pieces that are connected and swivel freely as it moves.

That doesnt always work though, I love my light mover so I am building a structure to hold the lights and direct the exaust duct parralel with the track.

When I got all my gear I got a light mover but I had no good way of mounting it to my tent, so about 5 or 6 weeks into flower I finally got it goin. I saw noticable improvement within 2 days:eyesmoke: and now I sware by light movers. Ppl tent to think it's good for spreading out the light if they are using less light then recomended for that space. It will help but the purpose of a light mover is to provide direst light to every different angle of the plant, within a week of installing it, my side bratches started to fall over do to the boost of light to the lower level nuggage. So basicly MAX CANOPY PENATRATION, which is indoors biggest disadvantage to outdoor.

Hope this help, let me know if you like itbongsmilie
