Yup title says it all. Bottom fan leaf got 2 of its 5 leaves burned about half way up. And another leaf the next node up opposite side only lost one leaf. Is this going to be a problem? Should I cut the burnt parts off? It's only 19 days old from seed

Fix the light problem, keep temps in range, and give it some TLC and it may recover. I would not, IMHO, mess with any of the leaves until you see new growth starting again. The plant is damaged and cutting only will shock it more.

I got some babies I was a little slow on watering so they wilted bad. They are coming back but they are going slow.

your plant will be fine cut of the burnt parts and make sure it does not happen again. the plant is very hardy.

Thanks the leaves would have been cut later anyways. I watered it and secured the lights higher
thats what i figured. i thinks its better to cut sooner than later that way the plant does not put any energy into fixing a leaf that will be cut soon.

Ditto! I saw it this morning and was like "shit my plant" , "oh well its just a fan leaf" o figure it will slow it down a bit. I wanted to top it on Thursday might have to wait a few more days
