So, if I disturbed my plants a few times with really low light coming in from the other room when I go in to spray them after the lights go off. Will this hurt them/stunt their growth during the Vegg. state of growth?

Thanks for all your help.

get a green light to put in your grow room there for can leave the green light on while working on your plants without disturbing the photoperiod

Green light will be okay during flowering, since plants don't process the green part of the spectrum.

To be 100% safe, make sure it is pure green light (LED etc), and not overly bright.

I'm pretty sure you don't want to spray your plants after the lights are off. In fact, you want to make sure there is sufficient time after spraying so that your girls are not put away wet, so to speak.

Oh... I thought doing it while the lights are on will burn the leaves.

there is no need to mist your plants and never mist flowering plants(bud rot).
and when you are on 12/12 make sure its totally dark during the 12hrs dark.
no green lights if you need to do anything to your plants then do it when the lights are on.
plants should be watered at sun up or lights on time.
