light and heat for plant

hey i have a little bedside looker whcih is about 3 square feet inside and im going to get a lowrider which i will have room for inside but what type light can i use for this small area and still give enough heat to the plant......and i do have a smll computer fan in the back of it any help woukd be great thanks guys:leaf:

CFL are your best luck but do you have any pics of the growroom?

Gorge Cervantes once told me that you can grow a single plant with a compact flourescent flood light simular to this one.....

the computer fans arent quite strong enough but then again as long as the leaf's are fluttering in you small one plant grow you should be good:leaf:AVG 78 degrees, 68 at lowest for night also the light above can be bought for a measly 35-40 at lowe's or Home Depot
