I still haven't found "my class" for yoga at my new gym. I've loved 2 instructors before, they were so good. Think I got spoiled and now if they are not amazing I'm less than impressed.

Not familiar with that guy, he sure looks flexible.

gonna focus on the first ashtanga series. planning on working at it outdoors this summer. maybe if i get severe camel-toe one day, ill post some pics

I know right? He's Camel toe sally!!!

He does ashtanga though. He has a vid that's like 2.5 hours. I used to take my laptop to parks in tbay and my girlfriends and I would do his video outside. It's so much easier when there's an "instructor" there I find.

lol nah its music. i can only bust out the tripod under supervision, ive been known to go a lil too far with cameras.

One of my friends is a professor and they use this program to compare students writing to previous reports/ whatever. It's pretty accurate if you give it enough information.

And - there's A LOT of information stored on this site of writing styles.
