Hi I am new to growing and would like any advice any one may have.

Set-Up
250 watt Envirolite Blue
2 Desk fans
reflective paper
Perlite + Vacmiculite soil
*what else should I use???*

Plants

31/03/09 - Two feminized Lowriyder and Two Lemon skunk seed started on germination. Seeds Placed on wet tissue and left in dark warm conditions

1/04/09 - All Four seed expanded but not yet cracked.

2/04/09 - Still no Change in seeds, Grow Room almost finshed ready for seedlings.

Hi sorry Its been a while since my last post, all is going well, they came out the soil on the 7th of april, it is now the 14th, a week later. I also planted a few thai seeds as I had some, wanted to see if they will grow, not too interested in them tho.

I've got my self an extractor fan (pc fan) as an intake and I am waiting for a couple more. I am also expecting some reflective paper through the post to really make things shine :lol:

I have my Web cam in my wardrobe (grow room) so I can check up on them from my pc and also check the temprature and humidity without disturbing.

I am a bit worried as one of my lowryders leaf is browning, I am pretty sure this is from the ph so I have flushed today and I am hoping all goes well. If you think you can help my grow please do :eyesmoke:

My Questions?

Should I leave Light on 24 hours or 18?
whats the best way to lower ph of water?

Today my mylar came and I set it all up its really bright in there now, looking forward to see if I see much differents. Please comment if you have any ideas for me. T

The picture attached is from the web cam in the grow room.

I have noticed a big change in growth since the mylar was installed, all is going well so far and they are looking healthy. when do you start to notice the sex on a lowryder? they are all feminized just never got to that stage before. thanks

attached is the difference in the plants in just under 1 day.

I have done some reasearch and I think the problem was due to hot enviroment I have an intake fan but its only 18 cmf so I have ordered a new one at 75 cmf and also put a desk fan in tehre to help circulate the air better. I hope this fixes the problem as it would be such a shame to go wrong now.
