I know there are a lot of different opinions. I personally feel like this is a triumph and will lead us one step closer to a national level. Also this is just the beginning. I do not believe that personal cultivation will be in jeopardy. It is illegal now in states unless you have medicinal reasons to grow. Future legislation may allow you to grow legally if you pay a registration fee, like registering your vehicle each year. Also alot of people here seem to forget that 99 percent of smokers in the USA are not and do not wish to be there own growers. Its the same idea as most people in America buy beer, even though they are allowed to brew it. The government will tax it for consumers, and charge a fee for those who grow for personal use.
