Legality of concentrate production in CA

Title pretty much asks the question. How/can I produce concentrates legally in CA?

I take it that other people are as confused as I am about this issue. I understand it may not be cut and dry like wa and co. But in CA, given that concentrates are legal to possess, and it would break federal law to transport across state lines from a more enlightened state, I figure that there has to be A way to do it without breaking laws.

I really hope somebody can help me clarify the issue.

Pretty much no way from what i have seen...... just dont get cought actually processing and dont get cought with more than an oz of concentrate.... had some friends get cought with around 7 oz of shatter they thought they could play the whole under 8oz thing.... well they are still on parole and both had the proper paperwork

That's horrible. And still really confusing. So how do the big dispensaries do it without getting caught? I mean I guess a CLS wouldn't be too hard to hide, but what about the places that need pounds of bho a week?
