If your name is not on the card,then you cant be in the grow room.

just because you have a card that does not mean that the plants are yours correct? are the plants supposed to be at the address associated with the card? that's atleast how I understand it

Honestly this is an easy question... anyone inside that location is technically "In possession" of those plants. If you have your cards to cover that number but your buddy standing next to you has no cards - you better scrape up bail money for your bro.

I have had a few excellent opportunities to manage a few large scale grows here in Mi , small ones too and even these I declined due to possible legal issues . It is not worth it for me at this time due to the way things are . Conspiracy could also be attached to any charges incurred as a result of the owners premeditation and your own activity .. But hey , it could just be me paranoid and smoking on satz lol

The application says "mailing address" and there is nothing in the language of the MMMA that says the plants must be cultivated at the address that is registered as the mailing address.
