LEGAL QUESTION?!? How many plants make it a felony in Florida?

How many plants make your crime a felony in Florida?
Also, how much jail/prison time expected?
Is 5 Plants a safe number?

1 plant is 1 plant too many, in Florida. It's a felony and treated as if you have 100 plants. Do things right and no harm will come to you.

in florida just growing 1 plant is considered a felony i live in fl and 1 of my friends just got locked up on felony charges for growing 1 plant in his yard

and 25 or more is "prime facie" evidence of intent to distribute & u can tack on another charge making a grand total of 2 felonies. If your plants weigh in at 25 lbs (and they will weigh the WHOLE thing) ur looking at 5-15. My advice, find another state.

If you have one, might as well have 24. If you have 25, there is a mandatory minimum sentence.

If you have a record, move to another state.
If you're clean, plan on moving to another state soon.
If you're religious, pray!

Laws signed into effect in 2008 carry harsher penalties than federal laws. Florida is NOT the place to be with ganja...

My Brother lives in Florida and loves weed I told him he is crazy to live in a place that will lock you up for weed and then let 11 illegal un educated prob don't even have their shots to walk free in Florida. Florida laws not any different than any other state except maybe Cali and Hawaii. If you aren't gonna grew more than 25 plants you got nothing to worry about. 4-8 plants and its a fine of $1,500.
