$9.25/ounce dry-weight for flowers and $2.75/ounce for leaves....

What are the penalty for not paying?
I grow about 3+ pounds a year for myself and I rarely make more then $400 from what I share with neighbors. I sale for super low price.

I would be losing $100 a year on just bud taxes.... Not Including tax from of all the trim.

Im with you man I have no Idea about the penalty or anything like that, Im just afraid of new regulations.

Ive heard you can no longer have say 2 people with cards in 1 house, doesnt matter now its Strictly 6 plants per household. I think we have bigger issues to worry about than some tax.

I suggest you guys read the new prop a little better and not confuse the two .
