Oh, I'm well aware of what they are silly.
I was just commenting and making conversation.
Doing so was in no way endorsing either of those light manufacturers.
They wouldn't even be my second or third choice lights.

i actually talked to them in person when they use to carry rebranded bysens and lg's and I asked them about custom spectrum. They said they don't do that. their spectrum is proprietary lol... I'm better of contacting cidly. They are based in Newport beach cali. my cat keeps laying on the keyboard as I type..

i think LED lights are still majorly in development, HID lights have been around since the mid 80's and ill tell you now when they first came out.. im sure a few people lost their houses due to the ballast boxes catching fire.
and now with the CREE cob LED chips. that might be the right direction for LED becoming a viable use commercially..once manufacture costs become cheaper

That point in time is already here. Quality LEDs and the associated build components are currently cheap enough while hydro prices are forecast to rise 200% over the next decade or so. You simply refuse to understand the merits of maximizing system efficiency through using quality gear to experience a positive ROI over the life cycle of the luminaire.

I've been pinching them for the last 4-5 weeks, but it's barely stopped their stretch.
I've never run any OG Kush genetics before, and figured that I was witnessing what is refereed to as the "classic OG stretch", that I'd read so much about.
The most OG leaning of these girls is tall as hell, but I have two shorter gals propped up on some old shoe boxes, and phone books, to help keep a fairly even canopy.

imo supercropping induces stretch even more. especially on sativa doms

I let them veg for four weeks, probably a week too long.
Oh well, that happens when you grow from seed, unexpected results.
Those girls are in two gallon containers.

Well, I just found out the reason why my Cerberus plants are so tall.
A surge protector became unfastened from the wall, swung down, and knocked over the cardboard I was using to block light from coming in the back vent.
I know for sure it wasn't like that when I started flowering over three weeks ago, but it's like that now, a big fat light leak.
This changes my plans up big time, because the Cerberus plants are far to big to put into flower, as they are.
I think I'll take a clone from each, top the shit out of them, throw'em into my 8x4 flowering tent, and be happy with what I get. In return, I'll be swapping the five females that are part of my breeding project, out of the 8x4, and into the 3x3 under the XGS. It's the best I can make of a bad situation.

I'm with ya brother, I just fucked up recently in my flowering tent, (revegged 3 flowering plants by fucking with my timer

), and am trying to make the best, (Bubble Hash City) out of a bad situation, (Root Bound City). Too bad you can't plant them outside, (can you?), they'd be monsters.

Dude at this point in time that would definitely break the bank. What about a few of the cfls that say 200 wt equivalent. I think they use 43wt. Ive actually used tbem to flower small seed crop before and the buds were frosty. On a budget this grow.RB420
my 2 x 3 bars are $458, @ $120/linear foot, so 2 @ 12" won't break the bank
