It's in max yield already...

10% more power for 5% more output doesn't sound too great. So I don't think CLW will be a huge improvement...but maybe a few journals will get finished though.

The original SS800 has the advantage already. So if they can squeeze a little more out out it and maybe incorporate more white I would say that yes the SS880 should be a better option. The fact that LG is packed into that small unit bothers me personally, while the CLW is a bigger sized unit and I would feel comfortable that it is spreading the light over the canopy better. And the numbers show that in the growers house test.

I have a 200w Solar Flare (full cycle) and a 200w Solar Flare Bloom Booster and I love them. They are in a 3x3x7 tent along w a TaoTronics 240. The 5W diodes have penetrated the canopy better than the 600W HID I was using ever did. Bottom nugs are dense and frosty whereas I used to just chop them up for bubble hash. Very happy. I was considering a bigger Solar Storm, but I like having smaller lights in case I want to move them around and switch them from tent to tent in case one breaks. I also have to G8 240W LEDs...but they are being used in another tent (My early flower tent--then after 3 weeks I put them under the Solar Flares).

Nice!^^ I plan on getting a full cycle Solar Flare in a couple years when my current LED gets dimmer. Been running it 3 years so another 2 and I call it quits.

I'm still liking my Lumigrow 650, I guess the coverage isn't what I'd like it to be, and still liking my SGS-160, but I gotta say, hands down, my two Sun System LEC's I got have quickly become my favorite lights. The color I get from the plants, and the frostiness is unlike with anything else I've grown with... Just my two cents...

I recently started using leds in my room. I have cfls for a little extra lighting downstairs.
I have 2 9 band leds from HouYPi lighting. The lights only cost me 100 each since i bought straight from the manufacturer which helped influence me. Also the customer service guy said hi, thanks for adding me on skype. Our lights are good for growing great cannabis.

Literally the first two things he said. Not trying to sell amything just pointing out how i got these particular lights. I have had them for about a week now and they seem good. My only other grows have been cfl, where my friend put the lights too far.away and they were so leafy, and outdoor

So i know its gonna be better than the cfl grow and not as good as the sun. Sorry.if theres any typos I have a hyperactive pit jumping all over me...

Trying to upload some pics... riu mobile does not want me to do that so...

I have 11 ladies all in flower from seeds i bred. My first time pollen chucking, but they should be all female no herms. We will see.

Does anyone have any experience with the Stealthy Samaritan LEDees that TheRev and Greenman420 use?

I got a 300watter in my 4'x4' and it seems to be as good if not better than my 400watt HPS...
