Yeah, I would agree, but only if customer service is important to you. As someone who has never really contacted customer support and has never bought extended warranties for anything, all I see in state-side importers are middlemen who wants to sell me the exact same thing for considerably more money. I spent more than enough time in my life being that middleman to spot one from miles away. Plus, as a lifelong gambler, there is something undeniably hard to resist about a crapshoot :bigjoint:

Grow the fuck up!!!! I'm doing an experiment with the china leds I can afford it. I am not broke, I'm a conceded asshole who quit growing for a pre ICO dispensary. I don't need a guy who lives on the internet to call me troll.

Lets talk HID ballast. Where are they made? And we are arguing about where LED lights are made. I can waste my money on a over priced LED USA made, but why? I'll just go back to HID's . I'm trying to do what others have not so hate me then. When I find out what you should know from my experiment I won't tell you.

So an Iphone is made in China therefore your China based LED panel is as good as anything out there? Gotcha. There are factories that are contracted to make Western/Asian/ goods using completely different standards and then there are China state licensed factories and businesses that put out that shit America will drown in. Do you really know how good the factory is that made your panel? And notice how the important part of an A51 is based on American technology? Heatsinks, cases, fans. Real high tech there :roll:.

I'm as China Free As I Can Be! CREE/OSRAM/Illumitex/Bridgelux.

Thank you for seeing my point. I was gonna make a LED back in 2011 but stuck to my less plants more weight. I'm still growing that way but trying LED's instead.

Actually my point is don't buy Mars or any panel using China state owned factory LEDs, which Mars II/Top/LG LED use. Mars/LG LED, Vipar/Evergrow, Blackstar are not what LED growing is about in my experience. And I've owned Blackstars and VIPARs. And I could hit myself with a rock for buying them.

You know what's cute is you're using a small grow area in this pic with those DIY LED's. I'm not broke I can afford any light you guys can not buy. I hate being a dick but I almost died 3-4-2014 when a woman rear ended me at 70 MHP when I left work which was a dispensary I was working for.

I remember when FranJan was the LED youngling and I was the one advising him against buying the cheap stuff. He was full of fire, and passion, but his lights were not, and he learned the hard way. He was man enough to admit defeat, and regroup, when those lights failed. I'm glad you've stuck around, froggy.

Tell em BK. You guys all think you're getting over. You will take your sub standard panels and you will grow sub standard weed with them. And you will never know the difference until the day you buy a quality panel, made with quality diodes. Now put that little thing away and pay attention.
