Opening the door just at the bottom might help - if it does it suggests you don't have enough passive intake holes.
I don't just use my fly screen flaps, I use short pieces of duct to prop open the bottom duct ports too.
(Using sharp curves and clever use of furniture to prevent light going through)

Although the cheap exhaust fan itself is a point of weakness.
Any plans to upgrade it?

I'd like to upgrade but no cash atm, it's on the list tho

Overall things looking good - 3.5 weeks since sprouting, although growth seems slower:


Main problem is two plants have droopy leaves perhaps from temps being high (80-85f +) from the two lights (300+1000 led) - I watered today and fed weak nutes 2/3 days ago. So don't think it's over watered, maybe under? Perhaps nitrogen deficiency from the claws?...Suggestions appreciated

It's more the growth tips that are drooping or curling, hey?
Not the big leaves all over?

- Too little N is yellowing off from the bottom up. Too much is the claw. (I think - reading up now.)

- When did these problems start, maybe 2/3 days ago?

Yeah it's totally just the new growth tips withering and YES correlates with 'weak nute' feed. Hah! At least I didn't do the classic nube thing of feeding more nutes to remedy over nuting!

I just gave them a little pure H2O and hoping they recover fast! Thabks

One of the plants looking decidedly unhappy. It's been like this from sprouting off and on. It's had a feed/water 4 days ago (biobizz) and it's pretty sad looking with yellow lower leaves and dripping upper.

Soil is close to very dry -could be it just needs a water but don't want to drown it either! Ideas?

Looks thirsty! Wilting, drooping large leaves, particularly lower leaves. The bottom half of each photo screams "thirsty!" to me.
Is the pot light in weight?
If that's 4 days, looks to me like she wants to be bumped up to watering every 3 days.

... Unless the pot feels heavy when you pick it up. Then I'd be scratching my head but consider the heat problems as a likely suspect, or root damage, or... *scratch scratch*

If particularly dried out, soil can become 'hydrophobic', repelling water and easily forming channels when you water, and dry pockets.
If she's dried out to the point of wilting, then water really slowly, waiting for (practically) each sprinkle to soak in. Even take a 5 minute break midway in that process.
Alternatively, some people submerge their whole pot in water for a couple of minutes.


Just make sure she's not still heaps light in weight when you're done.

Cool thanks and I'll check they've not become hydrophobic. Mixed in various bio bizz add ins to the mix so hoping they react happily!

Day 28 Veg

Are your pots ceramic or plastic?
Ceramic is naturally heavy so the difference in weight between thirsty and not thirsty is less of the total weight, which makes it harder to judge.

Plastic, capacious ones though so there's a lot of soil makes it a little tricky

Are you starting to flower a bit?
That last photo is blurry but the very top right cola looks like it could be sprouting heaps of pistils

It looks imminent but not quite there, I don't think so anyway!

Day 29 veg. I fed them yesterday but the soil is pretty dry already so I may feed them again later.

Day 31 veg:
Approaching day 1 flower!

Pistil power.

Day 33 from germination.
Into flower period now

31 days until harvest more or less.
