Not sure if it replaces a 600W HPS but seems like a good light. If all the specs are correct, the light produces 2.17 umol/J which is an amazing efficiency.

I have 8 China LED (400-600W) and looking for a better option, altough it did cost me a lot of money. I have two Kind LED and shortly after I figured out to buy from China directly. I have then purchase several models like Mars II, Apollo and eshine. What makes me sad about these and other LED Grow lights is the footprint.
I think I have found something that seems more interesting than a single lighting unit, as the led technology does not give enough light other than right underneath the light. This grow light is from Europe called leoled grow - the unit is called iSpectrum -> www.leoledgrow.com
Their led grow lights are very compact and you need 5-6 units for a 4x4 area. The have Cree and Osram LED and comes with awesome looking features. Remote controller and what not. The prices are not released yet. Just wondering about your thoughts for this one. Having multiple LED lights over the canopy makes sense, right? What else would you consider besides PAR and spectrum?

I'm actually about to build a veg light for someone thats highly successful and happy with his t5s. After seeing my veg setup hes interested. Pretty sure I can cut his power in half, run cooler, and be a sexy beast of a light. Not to mention no bulb changes...like ever..at the current it will be running.
Hes a hard sell and one of the best growers I know...I'll give his honest feedback when done. At cost..zero profit..
