u put lime in your coco mix???? are u serious
He put LIME in his COCO!!! WOW, Another person treating Coco like it is SOIL. And Stop adding Epsom Salt!!!!, That shit is Better for soaking your feet in. THIS IS COCO NOT SOIL!!!! I would never think of adding Epsom Salt, Lime, Guana, Manure of any of that Soil stuff to my Coco, Because it IS NOT SOIL!!!!

You want to fix this. Repot your plants, carefully shake off what Screwed up coco you can off and repot into nothing but COCO. and feed them with at least 30-40% run off every day for a week at 5.3 PH. Once the PH gets down to about 5.6 on the run off, then adjust PH to 5.6 and water each day with 15-25% run off.

LOL!! I was blindly following the infamous "As#*d coco grow guide" from "THAT" forum (Is name calling allowed here??).... I knowwwww. I should've kick myself on head for putting dolomite on my coco.... My logic told me not to put lime, but the infamous grow guide swore by dolomite lime in COCO...

Ok, So you are using Coco. Well I never use Perlite in my Coco. To me perlite is not needed. Perlite is to help drainage and coco drains great alone. Try Coco wi0th no Perlite next time. I have grown in Coco for almost 4 years this way. But this is not your problem. You say you flush them once a month. That is not enough. When you water your your plants, how much water do you allow to run out the bottom before you stop watering them. If you only flush them once a month, you are going to want to have 30-40% run off. I suggest you go mix up a batch of nutrients and PH it. Feed them like you normally would catching some of the run off. PH this and I bet you are way HIGH in PH. You are PHing to 5.8, which is at the high side for PH, then you are not flushing very often, and are only watering them every other day. This is building up salts and such in your medium and Spiking your PH. I bet the PH inside you Coco is at about 7.5. PH for coco is about 5.3-5.9. this means for inside the Coco as well.
This is seriously what I needed to hear!! You guessed everything right on the spot...Thanks a billion dude.....
