Leaves curling

I'm having a problem with all my plants. They are all showing the same symptoms. I have 4 month old plants all have curling leaves. It's only on the top. Mostly new growth. The new shoots look like there deficient and very slow growing. I'm using budswell super tea. I give them calmag, budswell super tea and voodoo juice. They are in 2 gallon pots in promix amended with perlite. I'm thinking it's my water. I live in a city and the water smells like pool water. I bubble it for a few hours before watering with it. I store it in plastic bottles. 1/2 gallon Gatorade bottles to be exact. I wanna give them a shot of hygrozyme but that will kill the organics in the super tea. Will city water cause my leaves to react. I'm at a loss now and I'm not sure which way to fix this. Ph going in is 6-6.5. Ph run off seems to be 6-6.5. Wtf could cause all plants to do this???

I can't diagnose it but can ask some questions for others that will help.
Detail the use of your fertilizer use.
How often you use them between water only days?
What quantities of each do you use when feeding per gal or liter.

You need to get a tds or e/c meter that reads ppms. Tap water varies. Mine in vegas has 500ppms and is not recommended for MJ. Keeps everything outside green so it doesn't kill plants, keep that in mind.
See if you can get an online water report, mine is easy to access at lvvwd.com
Most who have water that doesn't work for MJ switch to RO.

Thanks buba. I'm only using guano tea. It's 0.05-0.01-0.02. It's called super tea. The guano comp. makes it. I give 2 ml. Calmag and 2 ml voodoo juice. That's it. Then feed water water. They were vegged under CFL from seedling. Then under t5. Now I got them on my window ledge indoors cause my space has a bloom cycle going. That's fine so far. 3 weeks in no probs. It's the veg that's shitty. I'm gonna try giving them bottled water for a bit. I read heavy chlorine kills microbes so I'm not too sure if I have bad shit going on in the root zone. I wanted to flush them with a zyme to eat up what's there now then hit them with the guano tea again. It's like playing the fuck fuck game. Back an forth. I have tds an ph meters. Blue lab. My tap water comes out 0 ppm. Ph out the tap 7.6.

I personally never ph my water in soil never have never will i give them straight tap, my concern is you have a plant that is 4months old in a 2 gallon pot? if i read correctly, i usually veg a plant 60days and flower for another 60 (4months) and have monsters i wonder if they have root bond and are rotting after 4months in that small a pot. They also look a tad N toxic to me.

Picture of the entire plant would be helpful as well
I have 4 1 month old in two gal pots. I read that high chlorinated water kills microbes. What would happen if I watered them with hygrozyme. Can I go back to using compost tea? Or would I have to use a synthetic nute?

Doesnt seem to kill them in my plants but i usually let my water set for a few days and allow the chloramine to evaportae off
