I'm having leafhopper problems too, been spraying with neem and it reduced the population but hasn't wiped them out, and it's getting too late in flower to continue spraying, so I am right there with you in this predicament. I think ladybugs are too small to eat the adults, tho they may go after the larvae. I have a couple praying mantises, and they eat a buncha bugs, but they really just reduce the numbers they don't wipe out the population the way I would like. If you find a solution that works, please do pass it on haha.

Yeah man I sprayed once at about 3 weeks of 12\12 it burned some of my pistils but like you I'm finishing up my eighth week as of now and I just smash the few I run into. I should have threw some lady bugs as well as some praying mantis. I don't think they harmed my crop much. I have a couple spiders in one corner that take care of any of them that get lost. I made it through alright. Hopefully u do to. Just plucked off the leaves they poop on, they were easy for me to spot cause pm starts growing on those leaves. I'm so ready for this heat, humidity and bugs are gone! Come on fall!
