latest 25 mile rule lawsuit

has anyone been following this lawsuit or have any more info on it? http://azdailysun.com/news/local/state-and-regional/state-facing-new-medical-marijuana-legal-challenge/article_57453c0c-3005-11e4-b6c3-0019bb2963f4.html

the thing that interests me most right now, is where it says "And recognizing the case could take months, if not longer, Hayes is asking Anderson to block state health officials from enforcing the no-grow provisions while the lawsuit is proceeding."
does anyone know whether the judge agreed to this^^?? if so then that would mean i could renew my card right now and be authorized to grow no matter where i live

Folk it may happen this round... Thank them folks doing us all a favor.

FYI - words right from the horses mouth (Deputy Director, Division of Public Health Services, Agency Chief Medical Officer, Acting Assistant Director, public Health Licensing Services, Cara Christ, MD & MS - yes that is her title - now bow!) - "We (the AzDHS) do not care about losing lawsuits" and wasting tax payer monies.

And that's the thing with these Departments that have all 3 branches of government under their rules.. They have their own Administrative Law Judges, they have their enforcers, and they have folks making bogus Rules. All 3 powers usurped into one entity! Remember what happened back east, a SWAT like raid on a barber shop to see if folk were compliant with the regulatory rules of a craft trade that has licensing. Wait does this not ring a bell.. The court ruled that if there is "reasonable suspicion" that there is a violation by the licensees it is constitutional but if it is a raid to check for compliance it is unconstitutional...

Just keep 'um rollin'!
