Wednesday night when I stayed at the camp I went through some of last year's crop, as well as the Spring crop looking for seeds. I ended up smoking a joint of Prickly Pear {BST2 GN X BST2 GN#2}. I had forgot how stony it was. There is 3-4 seeds of it at the camp. I couldn't find any seeds of it this morning, but I was in a crazy rush trying to get done in time for work.

Prickly Pear is the sister strain to Little Sister. Same male. She was a runt, and I hadn't really tried to breed her. But there was a small amount of natural pollination going on. The bud turned out real heady, as runts will do sometimes. I'll try to run to the camp tonight or in the morning to grab those seeds. Would like to run a couple of them just to see what happens.

I didn't have time to run to the camp for the Prickly Pear seeds {and a couple of other strains I set aside}, so I will have to plant them next Friday or Saturday. Did run by and take the shower door off the seedlings. What a difference a day of sunshine makes. Will have to move the tallest ones in a few days. Nearing Max Headroom.

I ran by STL this morning. Just a quick spray of Neem and the stinky stuff, and a drink of food, water, brown sugar and Epson salts.

Picture of hornet nest hole didn't turn out good. Looked like one of the seedlings had some serious grasshopper damage. Other two looked alright.

Yes. In 2015 I had the GV, Sol and Slo patches in one little wood. The CP patch was in another location. There was also a little three plant patch I later called BP. It had an oak I thought I had cut a deep enough ring around that it would die. Well the oak didn't die, and I forgot about the patch for a couple three months. {this was my first time growing after an 11 year break} One of the 3 plants was still alive, but about knee high. I transplanted it out further in the pines so it would get a little sun. Also took a cutting at the same time. Both the stunted little plant, and the clone was tasty as hell. Not to much smoke on either, but very good. Since it was the only plant in the BP patch, I just used that name for the three seeds I found in the bud. Didn't try to breed her. I only had two males I used that year. GV1 which I only used on the 3 girls in the GV patch. And Slo1, which I used on everything else. I figured it was most likey Slo1 pollen that had come in on my cloths or hands. I popped one of the BP 2015 seeds last year. Tried to cross her with a CPDA male, but got caught in a thunderstorm every time I collected pollen. I got one seed of the cross.

I got 6 of the taller plants transplanted into bigger pots in the FP patch this morning.

Skunk X Shit/Skunk

All those went into 3 and 5 gallon pots. They will be transplanted into the ground when they fill these pots up. I did have one 15 gallon pot, and I put the Afghani X Shit/Skunk in it. It most likely will stay.

All of those could have waited a week or two, but I have space issues.

What this stinky stuff that you speak of? Some sort of repellant? Is it a homemade concoction or?

It is store bought. Can't remember the brand name, but it's deer and rabbit repellent. Smells like rotten eggs would smell if you let them set a couple more weeks.

My pictures tell me I checked on plants Wednesday. Not sure where or what these are, but I LOB'ed them.

Alright, I remember now. The patch is HGw and the plants are B&S X CP1. All 6 are still above ground. These two were both bug topped. I LOB'ed everything that was big enough.

Looking at these 3 Hurricane Head FP in the HG patch you might think you understand when I say June is grasshopper season in NW Florida.



But these two HH FP will give you a fuller picture of the problem.

Still working, late on Wednesday. I dug holes for three pots in last year's BP patch. I put in 2 Gorille de Raisin and one Afghani X Shit/Skunk. The A X Sh/Sk went into a hole near where last year's Young CP1 was. I had to move all of them a few feet to get more sun. Amazing how much trees will grow next to your weed. Food and water. Go figure.

I also put in a PN X SMC X B&S X CP1 in the HG patch, in one of the spots were the HH GN had cashed. As well as a HH FP in another open spot. It was one of the coffee cup sprouts. Not sure if I have a picture or not.
