I am running Light of Jah auto in hydro. I can tell you this plant is quite large for her size. Right before 7 weeks old it is 3 + ft tall and the same as it is around, she also takes up half of a 4x4 tent and it is quite crowded with only 3 plants. This is my first grow with an auto and I have just popped 2 more seeds 2 days ago to try to level out my inventory.

The seed bank that I got these beans from is called Amsterdam Seed Bank. I have grown Mangolicious and ak47 extreme and now the Light Of Jah (auto), the fist 2 strains were amazing. So I am assuming by the looks of this plant that it will have a really good yield. I will post some pictures here in a bit.

Not to helpful for ya but i just poped an auto blackberry kush from dutch passion
Im interested in what thoses experienced in autos have to say as well.

Personally i have only grown one other auto a
Shiznit. It actually was pretty good smoke

Here is a pic of my auto light of jah on the right. This grow was a mistake. I thought I was growing feminized seeds. That's why there is another strain in the tent. View attachment 4068870
As you can see this lady is a monster. They are about 4 inches away from the light. The light is as high as it can go. I stopped the grow nutes 2 weeks ago because they are so tall. My tent is 7 +ft tall.

I looked them up. Nice plants but 25 to 28% THC! WTH? If true thats crazy. I noticed that they have a strain called SAMSQUANCH! Oh hell no you didn't! I just about shit my pants when I saw the name of this strain.
Have you ever watched "The Trailer park Boys"? If not you should watch it on netflix, its fuckin funny. The Samsquanch is a canadian bigfoot, and they smell to hell as bubbles would say. I am going to get some samsquanch just because they named it that!

I'll tell you I keep looking into their info on the strains that they have and holy shit they are very thorough.

For all i know im hurting her ..
Im doing an experiment on air pruning seedling roots to (hopefully ) increase root mass in later stages..

It seems to be working fine ....so far... main tap root is only 4 inchs long and it has already sent out tons of lateral roots.(for being around 12-14 days old)

The roots coming out of the cube are VERY fuzzy ...so far so good. Wont know how well it works till harvest .

Got 6 seeds in the experiment (freebies )
Dutch passion auto blackberry kush
Lemon gold drops
Green crack
Th seeds bubble gum
2 exodus (thought i lost one but she made it)

First time in rockwool for me and so far for seedlings i LOVE it dont know why i didnt try before.

Air pruning? Sounds interesting, I want to take my hand at splitting the base of the stalk and creating a space in between the 2 sides by using a spacer like a pencil or something close to that diameter.

Dam you got all those seeds in a tester? Holy shit!

Rockwool is cool stuff, I really think that the rapid root plugs are amazing too! Piss on old school paper towel methodology. Thinking about rockwool. I prefer to grow in hydro, how about you? I think dirt takes to long.

Off topic, But. I replied to a thread that Hammerhead genetics that he was needing 5 people to test out some of his product. Its a cross between A strain called snowman (the only info I can find on it is called Berner's snowman) its a cookie cross with I forgot what. But it is named after the person who created the seed and is one of wiz Khalifa's brodies. So that shit has to be off the chain plus the berner's snowman was crossed with Bio-Diesel. The picture of this stuff is amazing. I know its off topic but you brought up the freebies. I am stoked, I wanted to grow so of the 9# hammer strain, but I'll try anything twice. :)

Shiznit is the fucking bomb! I have not heard anyone say that except one person in the past 20 years! He cool as fuck in my book, anyone who uses that word is pretty much the shiznit too.

I tried to search for your post but I could not find it. did you post it in the auto section?

If your interested in root pruning look up Dr. Whitcomb. Very interesting and impressive
And so far its doing every thing he said it would.

I know it imprresed me enough to try with my freebies lol

Im hydro pretty much only i dabbled with promix
And had great luck with coco. But for me hydro is where its at. Which both promix and coco could be thought as hydro
but im in rdwc currently

For seedlings rockwool has my vote
Ive lost many seeds to rapid rooters (just my experience as everyone else loves them.
But after trying rockwool ill never use anything else for the seedlings .

Cloning is a different story :)

Ill try to get some root porn pics for you later when i go out there though im not much for taking pics of seedlings

Im the same way i love to have access to ANY. Beans as you never know when you will find that gem .
Lord knows i wish i could have at least 5 of the strains ive lost over the years lol

I wouldnt mind testing strains for peeps but i cant do any runs until what i got in the room is done.
Then my new seedlings will go in. Then i was supposed to do a lemon skunk keeper hunt. :)

But if they are sweet genetics id throw them in before i do my lemon run

Btw the seeds that im experimenting with where just my freebies from the tude.

I have a FEAR. Of doing anything to a tap root ...but air pruning is super cool so far.
