We took the strawberry at 58 days, the overall product is finished and as I personally don't like CBN highs I take most of my plants before too many amber trichomes mature. My preference is 10% amber 80% milky/ cloudy 10% clear. The aroma is straight strawberry...it's kind of dead on what a strawberry starburst candy smells like. We are very happy to be pairing this with our select male, in hopes of passing on this strawberry deliciousness to others via seeds.

I was informed last night from our partner in another location that he is starting his vintage Pakistani and Acapulco gold seeds soon. He will be journaling and documenting them in photo privately until he decides what he and we would like to do with them! Exciting stuff especially side by side...one is a face melting stretch monger, the other should be a fat low couch enforcer haha. Very very cool! I once grew the Acapulco myself from old old seed stock my friends dad gave us about 6 years ago, but I always have some doubts of its authenticity. Anyhow we will show everyone these plants and maybe a few people who are very familiar with this cultivar can verify, even taste test...test actually isn't a bad idea as well, may have to get a terp and cannabinoid screening

The CCR above is day 16 of flowering, the male for the Manhattan project is day 9!
Also on a side note, due to mislabeled clones we received back from someone who was holding our genetics for us, we wont be entering 3kog into the cycle of females for seeding but CCR instead.
So the lady above will be the mom paired with the male who's identity I will reveal once he starts dropping pollen.

I'm quite interested in landrace plants and breeding for fun myself. All I really have of older stuff is NL#5 and the old Cali Mist both bought from Marc Emery's Seed Bank about 15 years ago. Love the Cali but it was too racy so I crossed it with the NL and the best pheno from it was perfect for me. Lifted my depression without the anxiety and and helped a lot with my arthritis too. I call the cross Northern Mist.

Have crossed that with Purple Jem Auto, (Mazar x LowRyder1), in search of an autoflowering version of the NM. I live way up in northern Alberta so photos never finish outside for me but autos should. Have 4 of those that seem to be trying to flower under 20/4 lights but not going all the way. Already 4 months old so don't seem to have gone full auto. 2 males of that cross did tho and I just collected their pollen to use on the 4 girls. Branch of each to see what happens with them. Got the biggest seeds I've ever seen from them too and have lots left to play with. Going to try to make some fem seeds with my homemade colloidal silver too as I haven't tried that yet.

First plants I ever got bud off of were bag seeds. Thai Stick, Jamaican Red Hair and Maui Waui back in '78. Pathetic things at the time and for sure could do a much better job of it now. :)

:peace:

Hey old med! That nl5x Cali mist sounds like a treat!!!! Very nice! I love the nl #5 !! Your quest for auto finishers sounds like a plan to me! You're obviously someone who takes care of their own needs instead of looking to others. I commend your efforts and hope for the best for you! The Jamaican red is something I have always wanted to taste! Ive heard when done right it is a mixing bowl of fruit and spices! We have Hawaiian actually 2 kinds in out library, hope you enjoy this thread! Thanks alot for reading a long and participating!
