actually if you cant do this simple task of making machine trim gold then you have no business in the industry, or at least not in the extract side....
and there are a long list of extract companies that cant....
Agreed. It's not that hard. Just have to know how to process it. No special machines or equipment required. You can make fan leaves/stems turn out into great product.. All in how you process it..

It is sad looking at a lot of extract companies end product in this business.

haters gunna hate..... I am actually not going to answer any of your question, go to the C&E section and read up... I have posted up pictures of 3 piles of wax 2 are flower runs 1 is a trim run... no one to date has ever picked out the trim run.

And I am going to go out on a limb as say you dont make extracts?? you just regurgitate what the shops have talked about???
I never knew there was a C&E section haha I will have to check that out.

Is the trim run the very bottom one in your pic?
It has been my experience trim runs are generally just a little bit darker.

I came from Texas, I am just some hayseed redneck with boots that dont no nothin about no BHO.
LOL!
As far as competitions, i've heard a lot of that comes down to money.. Idk from experience though. Based on how a lot of things in this world works, i'd believe it.

@Twitch. Its actually the opposite .I run BHO and make Ice wax and also maintain a pretty big garden. I Have worked with trim machine moltch alot it is always wet. If you use the machine when the bud is dry it will rape the trics. Wet trim always sucks for me. Your post look like some auto wax to be honest, I have blasted atleast 20 lbs into bho but solvent is not my thing. Ice wax is superior. .

I also dont think we are talking about the same "machine trim" .. trim to gold is not a difficult task. Machine trim that comes from a commercial trimmer like the centurion (
) you cannot made to gold..

@Daggy and where did you pull this 5 micron number from lol

The difference in quality will come with a high micron filtration. All your doing with bho is filtering it so why use a coffee filter that is 25-30 micron when pollen itself is 10-15 micron??????

And sorry ice wax isn't or else this would be a thread of someone asking someone to make ice wax for them instead of BHO... lol

I might do this, but it would have to be trim that met my standards... Cared for and stored properly that is.

Hey twitch how do you get your bho into a nice shatter like this? It looks very stable like jolly ranchers.
i am really not sure what is solely responsible, but the starting material in this case was excellent. I have also taken mold infested trimmer trim and turn out glass the customer was very happy.

alot of people pull the material per-maturely from the chamber, low and slow will get you there.
