The inside pics I post can show us 75W LED light , only small heat sink for cooling heat , that's not enough. Even if they use 120mm internal cooling fans ,not good . You can check http://www.ledgrowlightsdepot.com/collections/california-lightworks-led-grow-lights
California lightworks , from outside ,you can check its powerful heat cooling system . That's why they have better quality , because they have better cooling heat sinks . Heat cooling is very important for All led lights products , so that's not enough to use that small heat sink for cooling heat .

Any quality or successful item will be counterfeited by the Chinese with an inferior substitute. Electronics, clothing, medicine, food, software, anything. Why would grow lights be any different?

Wow. I just read through all thia BS and pretty much have question marks still floating around my head. I bought the K5 XL750 from Kind L.E.D. should i return it? And get something else? If so.. then what?

Return it and purchase some components to build your own lights. Pretty easy to do with just basic tools and skill set. Lots of tutorial threads on here.

If you just do not want to go that route, then Id look @ Optic Lights that utilize COBS or look at Area51 or ApacheTech AT600 although Id strongly recommend a DIY COB or Optic Vero system.

Last I heard heavenbright.com is up and running. Better light spread than optic..better system than kind

Also ggs Pacific lighting is supposed to be up soon

I'm intrested where can I order Apollo grow lights? All that I can finde is some Chinese.

Heres a grow I did with one of the first LEDs of that kind to arrive in the uk, many years ago, way before the Apollo was even available here, The Gn-Ms0006.
I changed the middle two modules for pure reds @ 660nms to increase flowering, it worked ok, got pretty good results.

One on right is Tangerine Dream Photoperiod and one on left is Big Bang Photoperiod.
The TD went bonkers and nearly outgrew me cab!

Old thread I know but.. Ah Big bang, I ran that once, I say once, I couldn't clone it for shit. Pretty much had 100% success rate with any other strain but I couldn't get tht to clone via any method I tried. Wondering if you cloned it with any success?

LOL funny you say that, I'm looking at Chinese stuff at the moe for a bit of a project. Chips rather than premade lights though. If worst case it goes tits I can still whip out my HPS although that's probably a dirty word on here!

Yeah...i ran the multichips (on the old style floodlightz) for a while...actually still have some over top of clones...changed the driverz out though for lesser power..way too powerful for the crappy heatsinkz...

Fuck that ill just upgrade my 10 years old ballas 1000w hid to a double ended hid 1000w .fuck that i will look up led in 10 years again . How hps that are made for street light are better then most led that are made to grow lol I cannot understand .2017 dumb and dummer we cant invent shit lol old hps are more realable hps 3 part lol 1 bulb .
