Weird, I've had 4 dogs in my life, including my Chihuahua I have now (which is considered one of the worst to control) and they ALL listened to me. They have to know that you're the alpha and after that they will listen to your every command so this dog obviously doesn't respect you enough.


How are you training it exactly?
