keeping a pair to seed and one to smoke

Hey there. Just a question. I am starting 3 more seeds right now. In hopes of getting a male and a female to seed. If I were to have a seperate room to seed a pair how much precaution do I need to take from getting another female pollonated? hepa filters of some sort for intake and exhaust? Would that about doer?

id just do the brown bag and paint brush method to make sure you keep it contained and is a lot easyer
