Hey all kb here long time riu member (under a diff sign in years back) Ive been silent a long time and figured what the hell ill share my future happenings with everyone.

Backstory*
For those of you that dont know me as i believe most of my old riu friends are gone or dont post anymore, tho i have not looked them up yet and im posting under a new account, names KB a michigan caregiver/patient. I work with mainly og genetics and specialize in purple varieties and have been on a mission to bring a purple strain that mi can be proud to say this came from mi and rival cali strains. Right now I have a few hybrids being stabilized in hopes of making it to this years cannabis cup (fingers crossed) my pride and joy White Grapes a purple fire og dominate beast is what I hope will place in the cup. Ive grown every style imaginable starting with T5 stealth closet grows and guerilla warfare, 20 gallon DWC buckets, flood and drain tables, chem, organics, cash crops to connoisseur quality herb.

All of that leading me to where I am today. So with that said lets get up to speed on where we are today. Right now im currently running 3 rooms. 1 veg room with flouro lighting I call the ghetto rig its a large bathroom that was never finished and ive never put money into it flouro lighting is cheap and does a decent job for vegging clones and keeping my mothers from exploding over time.

Room #2
25x25 with 8 600w lights 4 hps 4 mh i like the mixed spectrum i feel it does the plant much better growth wise and you can see the actual color of the plants leaves and noticing a problem earlier on is much easier. Also has ventilation wand is semi sealed in prep for co2 burners.this room is primarily used for my patients and stable strains that are predictable

Room#3
25x20 5 1000w hps 4 regular air cooled hoods and 1 gavita pro in the center. This was my hydro room but has been temporarily brought back to soil for a few reasons i wont get into at this time. The room is completly sealed has 8 inch ventilation for the lights, r/o water with a 55gal res, co2, and climate control. The temps in here are a constant 80-85F (boost the temps when running co2) 40%RH.

All the rooms are heated and cooled using fans and the houses geothermal unit. And himidity is controlled with one ideal-air commercial dehumidifier which also is used for the entire house as well.

NUTES
Full line of green planet nutes if your not using them or havent heard check them out. I made the switch from.advanced nutrients a few years back they are 1/4 the cost of AN and thats buying 7 bottles I belive in gallon size. I switched bc their product is clean easier to use and produces the exact same results. I also use rootsXl from house and garden (expensive but amazing product) and a few other i cant think of at the moment. Im currently testing green wizard's line right now side by side with green planet. They are a small local company based in mason, mi and the owner has ridiculous quality control standards from what Ive heard. He makes small batches and only uses the highest quality ingrediants to ensure a quality product. It is also only a gorw a&b a bloom a&b and 3 additives for bloom so less bottles to mix. So far performance in veg and early flower has beat green planet and adding their "crystalize" product to the green planet line up last run showed a huge improvement in resin production that was noticable which you dont find often when switching products. Cost is a little pricier but ill pay more for a cleaner product. There is very little color added to it only enough to see the difference between A and B and when mixed its almost clear which i like.

Strains
White grapes <my hybrid>
Pheno 1, 2, and 3.
Pheno 1 actual "white grapes" this is the pheno the strain is based on its a pure purple fire og. It grows and performs exactly like an og would but starts to turn purple @ about week 6 and by 9-10 weeks the entire plant is dark purple almost black. It retains the pinesol lemon scent with a fruity side to it. And has a fruity taste as well. The high is instantly behind the eyes on the first hit and slowly build to a complete body buzz and is awsome for anxiety and pain. Made into a topical cream this beats out anything in the clubs and does wonders for back and muscles. Shes covered in trichomes hence the white in white grapes and has some great bag appeal.
Pheno 2
This is the green pheno she is almost a pure fire with some of the purple influence in structure and looks. Her leaves will turn later on when she finishes and will even have some color on the buds as well if you let her go a full 10 weeks. A beast to say the least she is the heaviest yeilding out of the 3 with rock solid nugs covered in trichomes. A carbon filter is a must and vacuum sealing is essential for transportation a gram of this will smell like a pound in your vehicle from the trunk. Its probably the dankest smelling herb ive come in contact with over the years. A true definition of the term loud haha.the high is about the same but maybe a little more psychoactive
Pheno 3
connoisseur quality the best of both worlds light purple nugs more of a pastel color. Resin production is above all the rest. The yeild is lower tho she looks like shell beat out the other 2 by week 3 she just doesnt continue to build up. It seems she outs out everything she has at once and then later on settles in to producing resin (nothing wrong there). Smell is sweet and fruity with an earthy undertone and the taste is about the same. Smaller nugs that are rock hard but like to fox tail later down the road. She finishes faster than the others by about a week which helps so the trimming isnt all at once.

Ill be posting pictures of everything later on. Rooms strains phenos and have everything detailed out from how much and when i give what to my plants and spell it all out so the novie grower can follow this and produce almost the same results. This is a work of art that takes 4 months from start to finish not a race but a marathon. So grab a chair and have a seat this will be a long informational ride and i hope to teach and learn from all of you that chose to hang out and i also have a great organic run being put together that you wont want to miss.

Nice little tip on seeing the plants better is to get a pair of method seven glasses. Protect your eyes and see your true plants.

Have you extracted whole trichromes from your plants? Like dry sift of water sift ? Anything og I've grown seems to have large heads with thin wax membrane and full of the volatile oils we all love.

No offense bro but you are a little off with your room set up by the sounds of it . One dehuhey for the whole house and 3 grow rooms is defiantly working it. not to mention of it goes down you are SOL.

25x25 is way to big for even 8 1000 watters let alone 600's. With 600's that's only like 8 watts per square foot. Your losing massive amounts of light around the edges even with reflective walls. Efficiency is taking a big hit and driving up your cost of production. If you contact gavita they will send you info regarding all of this in great detail.

I personally run 3 gavita pro models on 1150w in a 12x7 room. Cooled with 24k mini and a 70 point dehuey. It costs me $12 to produce an oz. And I pull more than 1g per watt in soil.

No offense taken in the slightest i probably should have elaborated more...the rooms are large but not all the space is being utilized @ this time maybe 8x8 in 1000w room and 10x12 in the 600w room. Theres also space for storage and work benches in each room. i built them larger for expansion and only use part of the room. Especially the room w the 600s hence the reason there isnt any co2 in that room. Its too big with too little light to seal up and run plus it also has my geothermal unit in there as well id have to put up a false wall to section it off, the unit itself would pull air from the room and co2 would be a waste of money at that time. My dehumidifier isnt a baby one you get from home depot. Its commercial grade and i believe does 180 pints. The entire house runs at 35%. I draw my intake from the basement into my rooms when the dryer air mixes with my rooms air it levels off at about 50% when i water my 30 gallon pots(4 plants) and 55% when all the 10 gallon pots are watered (16 plants) this set up is smaller scale with larger plants i find i pull more overall with fewer larger plants than many smaller ones. Im also not concerned with the amount im pulling either quality control here is #1. Ive personally never figured out what i pull per watt if i had to guess its average of .5-.75 gpw im also not growing cash crops either my strains are not heavy yeilders..again quaility over quantity any day indoors.. outdoors is where my production lies i average 6-8# per plant easily 10.3 being my best to date.

I do make small runs of shatter only about an oz at a time from my indoor i run a small provac vac chamber and all glass ware most of the stuff i use is stuff i gathered years back and havent had the need to expand the indoor side of things yet.

Okay 4000w room was fed yesterday 20 gallons 5 per pot i water by hand i mix my nutes in a seperate 35 gallon drum and use a small 30gph pump and water wand w/ 3/4 in poly works like a charm

Nute are as follows

175ml-Hydra bloom A&B weeks 1-7/8
105ml-Golden dawn weeks 1-4
105ml-Crystalize * weeks 4-8
70ml- pro-cal
*using smaller amount of golden dawn and crystalize bc its not quite week 4 so using both in transition next feeding there will be no golden dawn*

All recomended @ 1 tablespoon per gallon (14ml) until 2 weeks ago ive run about 2.5ml per gallon less is more... now we are just over half strength and will settle in there for the remainder of the run ive found using half gets the same.results and in most cases better results.

Shooting for 850-900ppm and a ph of 6.3-6.5 using r/o water

Baseline is 0ppm & ph 7.1
After mix we have 850 ppm had to add an extra gallon of water and 5.8ph which i will run with as my soils ph has been climbing due to watering with regular water and no ph down in it.View attachment 3420488View attachment 3420506
