More importantly Ray Nagin hates black people

I dont know how to community organize, no. The projections are getting stranger and stranger. Clearly well organized people like you are next in power. Maybe it was 1996. I dont recall exactly. Yeah I had dial up much longer than the rest of my friends because I paid my own Internet bill. Eventually one of the guys at the local ISP leaked a group account to the small subculture of maybe 10-20 people in the town. User:igood Pass:ubad....that worked for 2 solid years....still dial up, but I had discovered linux by then, so things rendered in my browser often as fast or faster than friends with high speed on windows....the MMO i played was 4 bit, and really just a graphical MUD that had evolved. i like to read so i just didnt feel the need for it...there was no youtube, no google, just iirc where the men are men, the women are men, and the children are the fbi

Stop lying kid. You were a drunken mistake in the late 90s, not a chance you're a day older than 20.

You didn't have dial up because you paid your own internet bill dumbass, internet bills did not exist on dial-up, unless you had Earthlink or AOL. But even then, you paid your telephone bill and then paid for the service of using the internet over your telephone line.

Please, do tell, what flavor of Linux were you using back in 1998, or was it 1996? I can't wait to hear about your adventures in cli.

You distinctly stated that you "had discovered linux by then.." - dating you as a Linux user in 1996'ish. You just stated you used Knoppix live disc.

Unfortunately for your story, Knoppix didn't have their first release until late 2000 I believe, and their live cd distributions didn't start until many years later.

I ain't mad kid, I just know my Linux distributions and I'm well versed in the world of interwebs and the series of tubes that carry the information.
