Just kicking these plants in the ass...

So, I've been trying to figure things out and it just isn't happening for me yet.

Soil grow(mix of an organic potting soil, worm castings, perilite and compost).
LED lights (CMX22 gen 3 3500K 90CRI).
In smart pots
Temp 68-72F
RH 55-65%
18/6

My girls are 70 days veg, and I clearly was underfeeding them.

I was using an organic nutrient solution from a name brand nobody on these forums even knows. I was also using some epsom salt and black strap molasses as these nutrients only had calcium as the other micro...

Long story short, plants started showing multiple deficiencies, and stunted growth... in the last 2 days they also started showing pre-flower which I'm assuming is because of a lack of N for so long. They had purple stems/stocks and even started showing spotting on the lower/mid leaves.

Even when they were dry as a bone, they were still droopy.

They were in 2 gallon smart pots until about 4 days ago. I've now transplanted into 5 gal smart pots to hopefully give them some more nutrients to draw on from their grow medium.

I've also picked up some GH MaxiGro (10-5-14)... couldn't find any known nutrient lines in my shitty little hick town until a few weeks ago.

I've given a 1tsp/gal of the MaxiGro watering to 1 of them(testing nutrient change before I do both plants). I have also started a foliar feed of 1/2tsp MaxiGro 1/2 tsp epsom in a gal of water just at lights on.

It's been 4 days since repot, 1 day since last water, and 2 days of foliar.

So far I see:

good - growth has resumed, new growth stalks aren't purple anymore, they aren't droopy

bad - not droopy but not reaching for the light, interveinal chlorosis, leaf edges are creeping up(slight curl) and yellow tips.

I'm also unsure of the lower leaves yellowing more or not... hard to tell even with images side by side.

The yellow tips seem to be what I experienced about a month ago, and I asked on here and folks were saying nute burn as well as N def... I think the yellow tips are a good sign... in that I'm now back to where I was a month ago and just need to keep on keeping on to get to where I should be.

All the pics with both plants in my grow closet are under my LED lights(so the green is a little light), and all the other pics are under my shop lights.

Take a gander and give your thoughts...

Should I up nutes (still only at 1 tsp per gal)?

Should I do some epsom salt foliar?

Are they getting worse? Better?

What do you think of those close up pictures of the leaves? Is that what people call "praying for magnesium"?

I had so much issue, hit or miss, until I read the first chapters of a grow bible.
if its worth growing weed then its worth doing it right.

yours look ok, small for 70 days sure, but no matter.
pick up some organic fertilizer, like something everyone knows of? like Organicare dry ferts
and follow directions. I do this in plain pro mix, water when dry, and I get perfection over and over without fuss
