Just harvested my first plant, drying help ?

So finally all the work has paid off and i have gotten my harvest. Im trimming the lot atm its taking forever but anyways i was wondering if there was another way to dry the buds instead of the hanging on a string method. This is because i have nowhere to do it. Ive got no space, i tried to do it in my wardrobe and it made the whole house stink out, had to spray deoderant fucking everywhere. I do have a garage but its my dads workshop kind of so hes in there all the time. Is there some other ways of drying such as just leaving them in layered boxes or something ?

Thanks in advance

.........................does not recommend speed drying but................. a low heat oil filled radiator in a cupboard and decent extraction will speed it up. please note you will sacrifice thc and taste with this method :)

Thanks for the reply but i really dont want to speed dry, weed is to be enjoyed so in my opinion taste and thc is important..thanks anyways though.
But if i laid them out in a box would that be ok or would that cause some sort of other problems ?

Paper bag method. Get some of the big grocery bags (brown paper bags) then get some of the little sandwich bags..slice the smaller sammy bags in long strips about an inch wide. Lay a layer of bud in the big bag at the bottom, put strips over it, then repeat that until its almost to the top. Last layer should be paper bag strips

You want to put the buds in a nice single layer, don't overlap them or have them on top of each other..Mind you this is done after about 48 hours of old school drying (hanging them upside down)
basically once a day you want to churn the buds, get the bottom layers on the top. This allows to dry evenly

If the smell is bad I recommend CVS odor absorbing buckets..However I have not tried these I heard that the much cheaper CVS odor absorbers are actually better and way cheaper than the ONA buckets..Unless you have several ounces 1-2 odor absorbers and an air freshener should be good
