check the laws in your state some times seeds are not illegal untill they are cracked. dont go back to the field and yes they do watch some people who order online. they have even watched a hydro store were i live and followed a buddy home and a while later he got busted. they were doing surveilence on the place for someone else but recognized him and went after him. and the hydro guy ratted so he didn`t get into trouble. watch who you deal with. those people that blamed the wife, would you let your woman go down for this to, cmon

We know gweese, this is a liars club, duh !!!
this reminds me of that scene from "Something about Mary," where the cops bust up the rest stop because its a "homosexual haven:"

"I was just peeing"

"Yeah, I was just peeing too."

"Me too."

"Yeah you were all just peeing. Come on!"

I'd like someone to say what might happen if Gweese packed his shit up in the middle of the night and fled to another state, like a few states away, I understand that he has a descent job and probably owns his own home making it unrealistic to flee over a misdemeanor, but just say if Gweese had a shitty job and was renting...and moved cross country to another state, just say he lucked up and found another job that didn't back ground check on him , how long would a warrant stay out on him in Indiana ? and would Indiana seek extradiction if they were notified of his whereabouts a year or 2 down the road ? I ask this out of curiosity because some of us are the type to face the music and some of us are the type to haul ass...
I used to be a prosecutor in Indiana. I wouldn't flee to another state even if it is just a misdemeanor. They might not extradite you if you are arrested, but that doesn't necessarily mean the warrant will go away. Everytime you are stopped for speeding, you could be arrested. They will contact the prosecutor's office and ask if they want to extradite. If they say no, then the warrant can still remain outstanding unless the prosecutor decides to dismiss the case. We had people extradited for misdemeanors years after the case was filed.

Okay, so this has been a week now and they have not sent you a criminal summons? I don't know and am not an expert, but I don't think much is going to happen. I do know this: my bf got a criminal summons in the mail, but it came within a couple of days--not even a week. If you have not heard anything yet, I'm really wondering if anything will happen. But, you also said that these were state police, not the small town guys. State police are generally speaking a lot more professional than the small town guys, so I can't see them making big mistakes. dunno. It sure is puzzling.

I would imagine your nerves are shot at this time, but just try to relax. The more time that goes by without a knock on your door or a summons in the mail, the less likely it seems that something is going to happen. The state police don't fool around like the other guys, so my hunch is that if they could have done something, they already would have.

I feel for you, for sure. And it's a lesson to me as well. No ordering seeds online. Not for me.

Wishing you the best.
For a misdemeanor in Indiana, the statute of limitations is 2 years. Some counties file charges right away, others take months. The fact you haven't received anything yet doesn't mean much.

Couldnt they also get finger prints off the bag from you? Or did you wear gloves?
Fingerprints are actually quite difficult to get a lot of times. I would say there is no way they are getting prints from a bag that has been out in the rain. That would be the least of my worries.

finger prints inside the bag where it's dry. or hair even. easy to match up colors, with or without dna.

I think good rule to follow, if they knock suspecting something, they will be watching for you to panic and make a move so they can ketch you red handed. they like scare tactics! if you want to ditch the plants, first of all, don't be panicking. cut it all up and flush it. you shouldn't ever leave the house with evidence on you the same day they knock.

as for equipment, grow something legal like tomatoes. once you destroy the pot plants, you'll still have tomatoes growing in the closet. as long as there's no evidence left behind of what WAS in there, they wont take a thing.

When you said.....

"by the way i never received a letter from customs...according to the cops, depending on the state, customs might not send a warning letter, just simply give the info over to the state cops and they can do what they want."

That is complete Bullshit because customs sends seeds but what if it is not to the growers address? Customs just let 10 seeds or more into the USA.

So, what's the story here, Gweese? What's going on? We haven't heard back from you in a while. I'm hoping that's because all is fine, but I'd like to hear back from you. This was certainly an interesting, puzzling story. If you're still following this, what has happened, or better, not happened?

I think Gweese has got the mega paranoia and isn't visiting this site anymore since his statement about this being all lies.

Poor guy, I hope the cops piss off and leave him alone.

it's time to free the weed.

Is gweese taking credit for this arcticle?

LaPORTE (Indiana, U.S.) -- Online purchase of marijuana seeds from overseas caught the attention of federal authorities, leading to the discovery of a LaPorte growing operation.

According to investigators, 19 plants, some ready to harvest, were grown mostly to support the habit of David Bollinger, 57, and Sandra Manring, 49. No arrests were made but a judge was reviewing the evidence.

Indiana State Police Trooper Jason Sample said the seeds were ordered from Europe and delivered to O'Hare International Airport in Chicago.

U.S. Immigration and Customs authorities detected something peculiar about the package and called Indiana State Police.

With an address from the package, Sample went to the home Monday in the 1600 block of Stone Lake Drive.

He smelled an odor of
marijuana and was allowed to go in the basement where the plants, high-powered lights, fertilizer and other materials used in a hydroponic growing operation were discovered.

The couple allegedly told investigators they had been growing
marijuana for personal use for at least four years.

But judging from their ledger books, Sample said some of the
marijuana was sold. At full maturity, all of the plants would have a street value of more than $10,000, police said

Two year old thread!!!

I love when this happens.

anyways they didn't have enough for a warrant at the moment . Thats why they went to his house. The saw he didnt have a record and would shit his pants when two cops show up, they expected to be let upstairs without having to gather more evidence for a warrant. The guy woulve gotten off. His bitch fiancé let the cops in.

If the cops can enter your house they don't ask questions. They kick the door in guns out.

Remember this kids.

i have a axiety disorder too! for some reason after i first smoekd pot i had such a bad high (this isnt any sort of propoganda). i got such a bad feeling of paranoia. just as you would imagine in cartoons you would shake, pace left and right, talk is a scared voice, and more. i usually get this feeling when i smoke too much pot at once. however the feeling does come to huant me sometimes when im doing something bad like running from the police (i threw a smoke bomb in a strip club when i was younger) and ect...

i dont get this terrible high all the time i smoke pot, just sometimes and the times that im doing something i shouldnt be doing.

i know the feeling you speak of. i get it any time i come back to smoking after a break from it of at least 3 months. its kinda annoying, but it goes away after a bit for me.

as for ordering seeds online, i did it for the first time recently used my home name and address, first order never showed, they resent it for free (TY Nirvana) and the second one came in fine. that was 2 months ago, and i never got a letter from customs, still no knock and talk, and i am really not too worried about it. i wont lie though, this does make me think i might take a different approach next time.
