You couldn't tell from just looking at his harvested buds?
Is it a good representation of the "clone only" cut?

Got a 10 pack going now. 9 germinated, 2 of those were small runts after a few weeks so I killed them off, 7 left now. I'm documenting everything and I'll post a journal since there's not many out there. I bought mine last month and then got to searching and read all the negative info about kens gdp, (I don't believe that bs 'Indian' story either lol). After that story I think it's safe to say these are his female gdp cut crossed with some other strong indica (maybe a purple) he had or found. But since I paid for them I decided to pop them. They are about 16 inches tall now and I'm about to start cloning a sexing soon. I feel that just because he switches the person managing his grow doesn't mean he doesn't have his own genetics anymore and packs of his own seeds to start and cross again anytime. its not like the grower can just pack up all of kens stuff and walk out the door, seems like that'd be theft since its Kens company not the helping grower. The only grow reports I've been able to find mostly end with a person happy with a good grape purple pheno, which is what most of us really want anyway. I'm putting the seeds to test myself instead of believing the hearsay, so we'll see.

IDK...when a "breeder " describes the lineage of his crosses as being "unknown GDP crosses " don't sound like there's any breeding going on just "unknown" pollen chucking

5 to 6 days and I started seeing male sacs. Took longer to see any female hairs. 11 days into flower and I'm still only seeing very few female hairs. They've been stretching, nothing major tho.

You must be living in a box dude, there is a 40+ page thread about grandaddy purps, I suggest you go get your education on and then come back. There are way more bad reviews on Ken Estes's line than most others. You wonder why you don't see so many reviews of recent? Because people backed off buying from the craphole.

I've searched and read online about kens gdp till my head hurt for two years now lol, I seen that post too. I clearly said I don't believe kens Indian story either, I never defended him lol. Point of my post was to say I bought the pack, so I'm trying them to see what's up. As long as my plants come out purple and dank, I don't really care what or how he made the seeds bro honestly. I just wanna complete a full quality journal of the seeds for people to see for themselves without the debate. Just trying to make my contribution to the cannabis community out there.

ROCK ON then brotha, nothing like doing the good work yourself to find out if it is something you wanna keep around. I got a KGDP clone that I have kept around for a while now. Not the best but it has unique enough qualities that it is worth it!

2 phenos. I'm waiting to post the full journal up all at once. I like when I see journals with all the info up front. But anyway, the yield is not looking great. I have 300w of advanced led over each plant (which usually gives me an oz per 100 watts), but these are just super small buds. Maybe cause I didn't transplant into 3 gallons from 1 gallon pots until 2 weeks of flower? Idk. But one pheno has lots of long hairs, and one has extremely short hairs and the tight hard buds just swell slowly. The one with the long hairs looks like itll probably grow fatter into those hairs. The one with the small hard buds and hairs smells like super dank tho. I believe I smell "purple" without a doubt, but we'll see. I also smell it in the second pheno, but not as strong. They doubled in size barely, maybe a little less. Not big stretchers which makes me think strong indica genes, which gdp should be. Overall I'm not impressed so far, but it ain't over till it's done and smoked. I wanted to use whichever turned the most purple and dank for breeding, but these small looking yields have kind discouraged the idea a little. These pics are at 28 days of 12/12 flowering. Pheno 1 & Pheno 2.

So here are the two phenos at 57 days of 12/12. The fluffy one is still fluffy, and the hard nug one is still hard looking. So you should be able to tell which is which. The fluffy one looks like it could use more time but they both have to come down tomorrow unfortunately. I'd say they both turned purple. 1 a blackish purple, and 1 a regular purple.
